The year is 1943.
While excavating for ancient Chinese artifacts in a series of caves outside of Shanghai, Indy discovers a certain clue that eventually reveals the existence of a mythical lost artifact that could destroy anything it’s wielder wished. Soon after this discovery, Indy goes to Hong Kong to find another clue to the location of the artifact. While in Hong Kong, he is captured by Klaus Schielman, a very powerful German official, who reveals to have had a mole within the the excavation. He wishes to claim the “Dragon’s Claws” for Hitler so that they may use it to destroy their enemies and win World War II. They take Indy as a captive so that they may force him to help find the Dragon’s Claws, seeing as how he is an esteemed archaeologist. The trail of clues lead to Japan, deep into the lion’s den, to India, where Indy makes his great escape from the Germans, to Beijing, where Indy ends up with a new “flame” and into Lao Che, and finally to a mythical lost temple deep underneath China, where a battle of epic proportions occurs between Indy, Schielman, and a ferocious fire-breathing dragon.
Not a bad Idea but I will say the Dragon at the end might be way to much! If anything it should be a fire breathing statue or something of that nature.
Yes but that claws themselves should not be "real" Dragon Claws but an artifact, just my thoughts. And a really good Indy game is way over due and it makes me wonder why one has not been made as of late
So what exactly IS Telltale working on these days? What can we expect after "The Walking Dead"? I've never really been interested in that one, since I haven't even seen the show yet. So "Jurassic Park" is the last Telltale game I played and I'm itching for a good old (but new) adventure game!
Please don't you sigh at me, sir. Before asking this question here I checked all recent blog posts and the rest of the forum looking for a "future releases" thread. The "Fables" and "King's Quest" sections were created at the same time "BttF" and "JP" were announced, then suddenly "The Walking Dead" showed up and I've heard no news other than about that, and since I'm no longer a regular visitor of this website how am I supposed to know these two games are finally being completed without asking a what I thought was a simple and courteous question? Sorry for being interested in my favorite game production house since LucasArts.
Oh, you could just have referred me there then, because obviously I didn't see it. Perhaps it's too subtly named?
Thanks for the heads up on the sig. I copied that from another site since I noticed the info I had here was waaay outdated, and apparently the tags aren't compatible. I'll fix it now.
Yeah, I probably should have been more courteous (did I spell that right? Hope so).
But yeah, as I said. We've got Fables and King's Quest coming after the current series of The Walking Dead, and Telltale have said that they'd probably do a second series of TWD given how popular the first one's been.

Well Fables is next, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear information about it soon (before the end of the year). I imagine that it was meant to be sooner than this but both Jurassic Park & Walking Dead have suffered from delays.
Puzzle Agent 2 was a single-episode title, Hector was a PC port from an existing iPad game, and the Walking Dead is still in production.
Seems like they haven't done much in the last year and a half.
...okay, according to wiki, they were working on BTTF at the time, and shortly afterward developed Law & Order and Jurassic Park. It says PA2 came out June 2011, Hector came out April-"Fall" 2011, and TWD started April 2012.
What that tells me is the reason why it feels like forever is because I haven't bought a TTG season since Sam & Max S3. I'm not sure whether to count Puzzle Agent or Poker Night (I don't count PA2 because I only bought it on a Steam sale and haven't bothered to play it.) it is.
This has been one of the quietest years for releases since the company's first year of releases (2005). I made a table to illustrate:
Note: I took the general PC release date for each episode/game. The only really inaccurate part is the Law & Order: Legacies release as it was handled differently from normal and I couldn't find out which episodes were released in what month.
Man I wish a company would make good survival horror games based on Horror films that would come out for Halloween every year. Ones that are not rushed and are worked on by fans of that series, I would love to see good solid games based on Halloween, Hellraiser, Friday The 13th, Phantasm, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Universal Frankenstein and so many more. But sadly I dont see this happening all I see in the future is more war first person shooters, more Madden Football and more car racing..lol
So what Horror Films would you guys like to see made into a GOOD video game?
Since I feel kinda bad about KingOfTheDead's thread having to be locked (since it had a poll, it would have messed up this thread if it had been merged), here's what he posted:
I was thinking do you think TT could pull of a Breaking Bad game. It wouldnt really be about making Drugs more of character Development and weather your character forgets the cause he started it for or stays on the right path(well for him anyway). The story would be maybe about a guy trying to get into college but he can't afford it so he decides to make drugs and sell them so he can pay his way into college or something do you think TT could do it?
I don't know how well that'd work. I just finished Season 3 of the show, and while it is awesome, I don't see how it'd fit with the way Telltale handles licenses. This show is its characters, so I can't picture a JP or TWD style game following a separate set of characters... the "world" of Breaking Bad just isn't different enough from our world.

In the words of Mel Brooks, “This is where the real money from the movie is made!”
Dracula
Could also work.
John Carpenter’s Halloween
Definite.

They already beat me to it.

One other thing: Am i the only one who actually USES this thread anymore?
After The Walking Dead, we've got Fables and King's Quest. And probably another series of The Walking Dead.
Also, might want to look at your sig. The [Strong] tags aren't working.

Fables and King's Quest are the only ones on that list which haven't been made yet.
... That was announced February of last year. Seems like longer.

1. The Search for More Money
2. I See Your Schwartz
3. I Can’t Breathe In This Thing
4. Up Side and the Down Side
5. There Goes The Planet
I'd buy that for a dollar.
So what Horror Films would you guys like to see made into a GOOD video game?
Also, friendly bit of advice - bumping an old thread just to point out that it's old is generally frowned upon.
I live in San Francisco. Like THAT’s ever going to happen. And if it did, somebody would get sued.
