Seriously how have you missed Origina

Oh, I think I have an account. I just haven't used it for anything.

Latest Indie Royale bundle is the Debut² Bundle. "6 up-and coming Steam Greenlight indie games", though I'd imagine their quality will vary wildly.

    - Battlepaths [loot-centric 2D RPG, Desura, Mac] (Includes 3 tracks from OST)
    - Beast Boxing Turbo [first-person boxer, Desura, Win/Mac] (Includes artwork & 4 tracks from the OST)
    - Croixleur [3D hack-and-slash, Desura, Win]
    - Dawnstar [open-world space sim, Desura, Win/Mac]
    - Diehard Dungeon [2D action-rpg, Desura, Win]
    - Out There Somewhere [2D platformer, Desura, Win] (Includes complete OST)

Beat the average (about $8 ATM) for another chiptune album. Like you don't have enough already.

The sad thing is that there's probably some stuff in those chiptune albums that I'd really like, but I'm so loaded down with them, I'm not really interested in looking into any of them.

Time for another Build a Greenlight bundle!

    The games on offer are:

    - Crow
    - Darkout
    - Death Ray Manta
    - Draconian Wars
    - Enamel
    - Grimind
    - Gravi
    - Ichi
    - Little Racers STREET

You can probably guess the drill - select at least two, if Greenlit you get a Steam key, etc.

First bonus (already unlocked) is an album by no-one you've heard of, and the next bonus is Reversion: Episode II. You'd think they'd want to Greenlight the first episode first, but hey ho. :p

Reversion: Episode 1 is free. :) So, it would be a bit pointless to have it be part of a bundle. ;)

Oh. Right. But it's not on Steam, which is kinda what I...

...oh screw it, I can't be bothered to argue tonight. I'm worn out from all this typing.

There's even a thread about it in General Chat.

The title of this thread reminds me of Portland. Not a good thing.

Another Indie Gala Weekly, with >= $1 for Nuclear Dawn and Cognition Ep 1, and more than (currently?) $1.99 for Cognition Ep 2 and EvilQuest.

Nuclear Dawn is on Steam, the rest on Desura (and Greenlight, with keys added if Greenlit).

Hey, remember that Mass Effect 2 bundle? The mystery games have now unlocked.

The one for UNDER the average is Adventure Apes and the Mayan Mystery (which they've misspelt on the page!).

The one for OVER the average is Shadowgrounds Survivor.

    ...woo.

Sooooooooo, SPIN WARS. On the Debut 2 Bundle. On Indie Royale. The last unknown game.

    Indie Royale: The Lunar Bundle:
    - Pid (Steam, Desura)
    - Cargo Commander (Steam)
    - Back to the Future: The Game (Steam, Desura) (Go Telltale!)
    - Dungeon Hearts (Steam)
Also 3 question marks, whatever that may mean!
  • edited April 2013
Since I already have all of those bar Dungeon Hearts, I really need to know what those mystery titles are before I even think about getting this one. Plus, BTTF:TG? Prepare for backlash...

Indie Royale is an INSTA-BUY for me always, because I'm a completionist.

EDIT: I didn't actually read what was in it. BACK TO THE FUCKING FUTURE?!

Also, it's funny that this game is the only game so far of this bundle also available on Desura. And yes, I have both Steam and Desura installed.

    Best game ever. 10/10!

I installed Origin once for about 2 hours. And it made me feel like someone touched me in my nono place.

Happy I already bought it :p

Want some books about games? Here you go.

Can't be bothered to list them, since I'd have to list the descriptions as well, but they're all quite good apparently.

    $4
    - Konung III: Ties to the Dynasty
    - King's Bounty: Platinum Edition (the first three games in the series)

Humble Bundle is back. Pay what you want for some awesome stuff from Double Fine... and Brutal Legend.
  • edited May 2013
I only need Brütal Legend but honestly: that's too much for me. Just to get it. I'm sure I will pay less for it later in a Steam sale or elsewhere.

There is the possibility of The Cave being thrown in as a bonus later on. Or maybe the Iron Brigade.

    Have it & not interested.

It appears Iron Brigade and The Cave have different publishers so they may not appear as bonuses.

Plus it seems a bit soon for The Cave to be in a bundle. I'm not sure, though.
  • edited May 2013
Well, The Cave was available to Playstation Plus subscribers, so it's not entirely out of the question.

One thing worth mentioning: YOU GET THE SOUNDTRACKS AS WELL AS THE GAMES.
  • ProfanityProfanity Banned
    edited May 2013
The Cave was also a bit of a flop, so it wouldn't surprise me that much if they dropped it in, even if it's fairly new.

PS There doesn't seem to be any links to soundtracks in my humble download page.

The age of the game doesn't have much to do with whether or not it can be in a bundle. Cave Story+ was in the HIB after only a couple weeks. Amanita Games got in some serious PR trouble when Botanicula was in an HIB the same day it launched.

It does if the game doesn't indie as hard as Botanicula or Cave Story did.

There has been some speculation about a Double Fine HIB for a little while now after first Brütal Legend got a Linux version added to the Steam CDR and Costume Quest and Stacking followed last week. Nice to see that it was correct, even if I already own all of the games. I'll probably get it for the soundtracks though.

  • edited May 2013
Everyone should own Stacking. I really loved it, and I had a lot of fun trying to figure out all the possible solutions. In my opinion this is a prime example of how to do achievements right.
  • edited May 2013
I'm waiting to see what they do for bonus games. I can't really justify buying it as is when I already own most of the games (and from what I can tell, they're all one Steam key so I can't gift games separately).
