We need NEWS. Seriously. I can't hold out until September. Give us SOMETHING, Telltale!

You are the last man on Earth man, if you can last three years then at most two months is a walk in the sun.

Dude, it's just my username. If I was really Vincent Price, I'd be...well, dead, for starters. :o

I know, I have just been waiting to say that for sometime, sorry, but I think they might at least tell us when the release date is soon, I mean when did they tell us that for season 1 anyway.

A rivalry between Becca and Clem won't last long. Becca has already shown that she can be ruthless and is not above killing people if she considers them a threat. Factor in that she's roughly 5 years older than Clementine and you have a fight that isn't so much one-sided as it is predetermined.

Pshh. Becca's fronting like crazy in the DLC. She talks big but can't bring herself to do the dirty work when it comes down to it. Clem's cleavered a guy in the shoulder and then shot him. Then again, that was to save Lee and not herself and she's probably too nice to go to those extremes in self-defense.

Besides, I'm not talking about a knock-down, drag-out brawl, but just a kind of undercurrent of hatred in their interactions with each other. Just like with Lee and Larry. Larry was way more willing to kill Lee than Lee was willing to kill him, but look who got salt-licked in the end.

I do hope there's a scene where we'll have to decide to agree with Becca or Clem in a situation.

But in THIS situation, the thing that keeps everybody alive is the hard truth, which is Becca's side. But Clem has hope even though things won't turn out good if the hard thing is done.

Anyone else thinks that the 'settlement' as told by Tavia, turns out to be an early Woodbury or an early Alexandria Safe Zone?

Blaming teenage girl for some empathy left. That's crazy.

Well, she could have some more. Her immediate reaction to Stephanie trying to run away was "Burn the witch!!". Ok, maybe more like shoot the witch, but still.
  • edited July 2013
Yeah, the problem isn't that she's empathetic. It's that she thinks empathy is a bad thing and so she tries to hide it when that's the last thing that her sister wants. Becca doesn't really want to kill Stephanie, she just thinks she has to seem like she wants to but then chickens out when someone calls her bluff. Clementine is just the opposite. She very clearly shows that she doesn't want to hurt people but is willing to do so if it means saving someone she cares for. It's what makes her a hero and Becca a coward.

Anyone eles can't wait for season 2?
  • edited July 2013
    Who wouldn't be?

I also cannot wait to play their other upcoming game, The Wolf Among Us, too.
  • edited July 2013
Me to, I believe everyone is wanted season 2, hell if my dog and cat could talk they would want it also.

Um, you should probably post in this thread:

And to answer your question, I'm not particular excited for season 2. I never liked the idea of future seasons simply because season 1 stood out by itself as a perfect story. I wouldn't want other seasons to protrude the story.

And after 400 Days came out, the idea of season 2 came less like-able to me after it seems that Tavia's community is a big plot point. My least favorite storylines in TWD have come from communities.

Let's just say I'm much more hyped for The Wolf Among Us than season 2.

I understand your concerns, I honestly have my concerns, but maybe the Settlement might turn out to be not a big plot point.
  • edited July 2013
i hear ya,a settlement seems weak as a plot, when you think there are these interesting groups like Vernons, bandits, loners, bikers, gangs, weirdos,,i don't want any settlement communities or science labs appearing.

What does this mean?! Is he alive or dead or a walker or worse and I don't know - Ben reference ;) I was thinking if we see him alive he's gonna be a cameo at the 'safe haven' or we go back to Savannah to see how he escaped his death.

So, everyone remembers when Lee finds the photo of him and his family at the drug store in ep 1 right? Lee then rips him self out of the photo and throws it on the ground;.. and I would like to see maybe sometime in season 2 Clem would go off by herself and pull out that ripped photo of Lee, showing that all through season 1 she kept it to herself and such and misses Lee now. What do you guys think?
  • edited July 2013
I am not sure Clem would have the photo, but maybe some item from season 1 would be a nice little touch.
  • edited July 2013
I'm really hoping Clem will go back to the motor Inn and come across the camcorder
  • edited July 2013
That would be a really cool throwback, just hearing the voices of the dead would be quite haunting indeed.

That's quite the walk for a little girl. Despite what some peoples Lee's might have told her in the end, she needs to find a group or she will not survive. She isn't capable enough to find a place and scavenge food and supplies and find a safe place on her own or she'll starve to death.

She should stalk those two people and try and find out a bit about them if they're not Omid and Christa.

By the looks of it they've already found her.

    Oh no...

    Are you fucking kidding me?
Why would you put TV characters into a video game based on the COMICS!!
    Go home, Kirkman, your drunk!

I think it would good for Clem to a memento of Lee. I doubt it'll be the ripped photo of him from the drugstore, but yeah, it sounds good. Maybe it'll be one of her drawings of him.

I've been searching for the image from Comic Con, too, until I came across that. Whether it's real or not, I can't say. We've all still got four or five months left until Season 2 finally reveals itself.

    Oh no...

What?! No I don't wanna play with the tv characters, I don't even know who they are (apart from Carl and Rick but that's it) TinyCarlos said its based off the comics! No way no f*cking way am I playing season 2 if this happens, I liked how they made there own characters in season 1. I won't be playing season 2 (I probably won't be able to resist and end playing eventually)
  • edited July 2013
Do you want to play as Clem? If so, an older version of her, or her still as a child?

Anyone want to play as new survivors? Or maybe even someone from the 400 days group?

What are your expectations for the storyline? I know that telltale wont tell us anything, but do you have your own theory?
  • edited July 2013
I'd like to see Clem as her 9 year old adorable self, and play as either a new character from 400 days, or someone from Tavia's community.
  • edited July 2013
If I had my choice to pick, I'd pick Vince or Christa.
  • edited July 2013
You people who threaten to not play if someone is there or not, is just laughable. You going to take your ball and go home? Who cares, don't post on here then.

As far as Season 2, I just would like a date, they don't need to show us anything if they don't want to. Just hook us up with a date or some info at least. They obviously know were all going crazy here, as im sure they come on the boards.

Anyhow. I hope Clem is still around (which she is) I just would prefer an older Clem or play as someone else. I fear something will happen to her, and rather her just be safe. :)
