Oh yeah. I meant in the 100th issue. But in the arc overall, Abraham was one of my favorite characters.
Yeah, I kind of agree. Once I saw that they were actually attacking Ricks group I figured I was going to see a blood bath of pretty much everyone with him. Strange seeing Carl actually cry again, I thought he had became a sociopath after being shot...again.
I still can't get that damn image of Glenn screaming Maggie's name out with his head bashed in.

It's physically amazing how the survivors "hold" on to something even during their apparent deaths. Abraham, with a crossbow in his eye, managed to explain his sentiments about Rosita before he succumbed. Glenn, while getting his brain mushed, still could cry out Maggie's name.
Glenn and Abraham, two of my favourite characters. They'd better give Jesus a bigger part and make sure he doesn't die or I'll be all out of favourites. Also- The fact that I met Glenn in the Game and so knows what he sounded like made this death even worse for me, anyone else feel the same? I just know that I'll never be able to play episode 1 of the game again without seeing Glenn and thinking- "Gonna get head bashed in."
did anyone watch a while back a small conference with robert kirkman the host of talking dead. and the actors of glenn and daryls characters. and ''glenn'' lit a stink bomb and threw it in the audience.after a bit everyone was like jeeez. robert kirkman mentioned killing his character off (glenn) jokingly or maybe he wasnt idk i watched the conference online and that was the dumbest stunt ever. maybe robert kirkman took it personal. i'd be pissed off myself if i had to sit there for an hour n smell that shit. sorry jus bored waiting for ep.3

Lol, yeah I feel ya! Glenn's been our home-boy through everything! I actually cried a little lol. I too will always think of him getting his head bashed in whenever I see or hear of him Glenn and Abraham were 2 of my favorites characters as well Sucks how they went out! Makes me sad/mad! lol. But Michonne and Rick are still my number 1 favs by far! And Andrea is cool too.. I have a feeling Andrea's gonna be up on the chopping block soon too though lol.
I would also like to see Jesus playing a bigger role. Perhaps he'll be Rick's new right-hand? (No pun intended, kehehe.. okay maybe a little)
But will he?
Rick didn't even kill the governor, Lilly did. Heck Rick doesn't even know the governor is dead! We don't know what will happen here.
Rick didn't kill the Governor because he was leaving him to Michonne so she could get her revenge on him for what he did to her. Unfortunetly she was interupted and had to flee before she could finish the job, and they managed patch him up and save him. Rick never had a chance after that to kill him and wasn't/isn't stupid enough to ever go back there. Plus they're miles and miles away from the prison now.
This is different! I'm sure they'll get their revenge on that fuck! Those people have no idea who their messing with! lol
I knew what I was getting into. I already read it. Still typing spoilers and spacing something out when there's a tag made for it is pretty pointless.
It's because spoiler tags don't work when you put your mouse over the thread title and see what's inside the text, I set that up so those that accidentally do that can't read any spoilers.

But that's the thing though. People are acting like Rick will get his sweet revenge, when he never even did on the man who did much worse to him. Rick flat out failed to beat the governor, so what makes you guys think Rick will be victorious here?

I'm in the group that only really knows the tv show but I think after seeing some of the writing, artwork, etc. I might have to start reading. Spoilers don't really bother me so that's not an issue.

The comics are easily the "best" Walking Dead lore.
I was late to the party, I watched both seasons of the show in a day and a half, then played Ep.1 of the game and then I was bummed I'd exhausted all the visual media. Then a couple weeks later at barnes and noble I picked up the first "compendium" (issues 1-48) and I had to buy it, then I read it in a week, bought the paperback volumes 9-15 to keep me going. Then I got issues 91-98 on ebay and actually went to a comic book store (felt good to support a local business) for releases of issues 99 and 100.
Moral of the story: Comic book is addictive and fucking great to read. A couple times I just had to pause and stare at a panel to take in the emotion. In the TV series (which I still enjoy) it was just "Oh well
Well, remember guys, the TV series as well as the game is just "canon" so, Glenn could very well stay alive in both.
Oh wait, nevermind. I got that backwards.
The TV series is a detached story line and the events differ from those in the comic book.
The video game is supposed to stay canon with the comic books (same universe) but there are a couple discrepancies already; so for now none of the media have anything to do with each other.

Dale
is dead now, mooooooving on.
If you watched that after reading the comics, it's a seriously messed up move.
I watched the pilot, then read everything available. This game is my last experience of "the canon". After getting into Kirkman's style, I checked out Invincible, which is a far sillier story about a young superhero. But since its Kirkman, there are a few issues where he's beaten to a pulp and people he knows are TORN IN HALF.

Abraham was awesome! While #100 had only one death, it was a fan favorite. I don't think I've met anyone that didn't love

I'd say he's WAY more popular.
far
outrage
You know Rick and Michonne are gonna be gettin them some sweet revenge though!
Maybe Maggie will put on her big girl panties and help!

That makes sense.
