If TTG could only make one more game?

If TTG could only make one more game ever? What game would you want it to be?

I would be really torn between another season of Monkey Island and Sam & Max... But a second season of Monkey Island would be my pick.

Honestly, I've been so excited about Telltale's King's Quest since it was announced that this is the one game I'd really like to see them make, even if it was their last.

If it would be their last game, they should make it the biggest, baddest adventure game ever, using everything they made so far. It would be so awesome, just looking at it would drive a regular mortal insane from revelation.

How about a game where all the series crossover?

That would be a really really close third for me.

If Telltale ever had to close its doors (which hopefully won't happen), its swan song should be something...big. I wouldn't care too much about the IP so long as it's amazing enough to be the send-off the company deserves.

Sam and Max game with infinite episodes.

Another vote for Monkey Island, due to my complete lack of imagination.

Clock Tower: An Interactive Psychological Horror Story

    Episode 1: Hide And Seek
Episode 2: Little Bobby Wants To Play
    Episode 3: Nowhere To Run
    Episode 4: Haunting Grounds
    Episode 5: Beware The Scissorman

    Sounds great to me.

    S&M

    Oh baby.

Another season of S+M. Or Fables. I'm really excited to see that.

Eyes of the Storm (after all, it was "Coming Soon" six years ago!) for me.

A second season of Monkey Island, no doubt about it.

    Futurama.

    Futurama.

This, provided they give it their best. Real puzzles/gameplay is a must.

Alternatively I'd love to see their take on Life of D. Duck. The first two are classics, but it would be interesting to see one with professional polish, including voice actors.

    Maniac Mansion 3. Period.

A game set in the Grim Fandango universe... or something with a film noir detective.

Whatever they think they could do best. It's probably not a popular opinion amongst long time fans but I rank Walking Dead amongst their best work so if it was another seaon of that i'd be game. TOMI was great and the second season of Sam and Max sticks out particularly well. It's hard to pinpoint a particular series above another. I'd just want their best game possible...
Except if that means Jurassic Park 2.

Me too! There is a crapton of talent here, I can't wait to see more of what they have in store for Fables.

As of September, Revolution was planning to do that (right after Broken Sword 5).

They keep me in the dungeon, it's very dark in here. :(

Just kidding... maybe I should have said "can't wait to see the finished product"!

It would be cool if Double Fine was able to do those games since they have Ron Gilbert and Tim Schafer... I suppose they could also make one awesome Monkey Island game as well.

That said if it was announced that TTG was to make any of those games I would be really pleased.

The fanboy in me says Monkey Island 6 because the world always needs more Monkey Island. But honestly, if Telltale could only make one more game ever? I'd want them to make something new. No more licensed characters, a brand new adventure game.

New Monkey Island (I want to see Morgan return). Or Infinity Gauntlet/War/Crusade based game. Or Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars. Indiana Jones would sound good too. New Zak McKracken, perhaps? Something new would be great if it would be epic.

No doubt at all, I agree :)

Yep, here's another vote for a second season of 'Tales of Monkey Island'. Not only do I wish for another Telltale Monkey Island season simply on the basis of the first one being an exceptionally crafted adventure game that excelled in all areas, but I also felt that there was more of a story to be told. There were un-concluded story threads, plot elements still left largely up to interpretation and speculation, and big, glaring questions still left unanswered. And all of this somehow felt intentional, as well, as though a revelation was still yet to come. This was basically confirmed by the cutscene after the credits, which served as an enormous cliff-hanger to the entire first season's events.

As far as I'm concerned, things still need to be resolved. Things reached a nice, temporary ending in the first season, but it wasn't a neat ending, and it didn't exactly provide the player with that much closure. It can sort of be likened to the ending of 'The Fellowship of the Ring' - a good ending in itself, but with obvious implications that there is more to come. Similarly, a lot of fans feel that there's more to come in 'Tales...'.

So, if I were to choose one more game for Telltale to make, it would be a second season of 'Tales...', because I feel the need to experience the second part of a saga that, to me, feels incomplete. And I believe that it NEEDS to be Telltale who makes it, because only they know/have the true vision for it.

Of course, I'm aware that any more Monkey Island content is unlikely, in the wake of recent events, but we shan't re-enter that discussion.

For me it has to be a second season of "Tales of monkey Island".

If they could make this game as well as they did The Walking Dead, I would love to see them take on American Horror Story. Please for the love of God it would be amazing.

As I explained in another thread, Jeff lemires sweet tooth would be my pick. It's a post apocolypse comic series

A Monkey Island game featuring Indiana Jones, Marty McFly & Doc Brown, Sam & Max, Manny, Zak & Annie, Bobbin, Bernard & the gang, X-Men, Avengers, Fantastic 4, Superman, Batman, Roger Wilco and Star Wars dudes. A game of 200 episodes. Should last the next 20 years :)

I have chickened out of this thread because I didn't really connect with the basic idea.

I'd rather have S&M4 than ToMI2, and possibly neither for Telltale's last meal (DAMN, I wanted a word similar to the German "Henkersmahlzeit" and teh English dictionary failed me).

But the best of times, the greatest of fans, the most wonderful enthusiasm, the best of the community, the most of fan art, including Majus' and Andrej's videos... that WAS during ToMI. If Telltale's to go down in flames for whatever reason, I'd want to relive that time first.

Taking my eyes off the actual franchise question for a second, it WOULD have to be Tales of Monkey Island.

I'd have to go Sam and Max season 4

Sam and max season 1 was the game that made me fall in love with point and clicks and needs some Sam and Max
I've played Hit the Road and even watched the Cartoon series on youtube
I just need some more sam and max
