I sided with him and his family in almost every situation. Even feeding them over others. Then at the end of Chapter 4 the bastard refuses to help me search for Clementine and gives me a sob story about how I never side with him.
I'm really glad there was an option to finally just tell him to F*** Off. Seriously, the people that died because of him and his family... Ugh.

Hate to break it to you, but apparently, you didn't do everything you could for him and his family. Perhaps you saved Shawn over Duck? Forgot to feed Duck in episode 2? I don't know the exact conditions, but I have seen Kenny outright refuse to let you go alone to rescue Clem. Gives a whole speech for it too. "You've always been there for me. What kind of friend would I be if I wasn't there for you?" Touching... But I agree that it's maddeningly frustrating to get the Christain Man speech when you've done everything humanly possible to be a good guy, not just Kenny's groupie.

It is really frustrating when he claims that I have always been against him, never had his back, when I helped him and his family over everyone else every single time, but, as Yahtzee put it "...the one time I refused to help him bludgeon an old man to death..." in front of Lilly and Clementine, suddenly I am Satan incarnate? He's just too selfish and petty for me to like alot of the time.

That one decision is basically worth 5 small decisions. If you don't side with him there, he sees it as you desiring his family's death, and that is a pretty big strike. It's unfair, but it explains why that one decision has so much weight.
It seems odd, though. He should give you a "i know you think we may be on the same page, but..." type of speech in that scenario.
If you never do anything for him he will refuse to join you no matter what you say and threaten to kick your ass if you mention the word family. If he did this to you, it might be a save game corruption or something.

It's not so much him refusing to help me, its just after that moment in the Freezer, no matter what I did for him after or before, he is more than happy to just sit there and watch me get my ass handed to me and nearly get killed, not just once, but THREE FUCKING TIMES! He will just sit there, as Danny is about to shoot you, Molly about to smash your face in with a pick or the zombies on the door about to take your throat out, because of that one decision, then he has the audacity to even consider not helping me?! Oh he can go to hell. Got really pissed off thinking about all that.

Not to nit pick but I really think that one is just clumsy directing, especially considering it's the same if you had sided with him in the meat locker. I mean he says he'll cover you, but he just stays in the alley after Lee and Molly fight, after Clementine shows up, and after Lee and Molly have been talking for about a minute, THEN he springs into action.
Like Carley not shooting Andy a second time while he slowly drags Lee to the fence or Lilly never bothering to shoot a reanimated David/Travis despite being fifteen feet away with a rifle in hand, whoever directed the action scenes tended to forget about everyone who wasn't Lee at times.
Kenny is selfish forgets everything you have ever done for him if you go against him
I wasn't going to kill Larry and if he is going to forget me supporting him at every turn, saving Doug, fighting Larry and feeding him because I wouldn't kill then I won't deal with him.
Kenny is one of the Characters I dislike most because I helped him and he just forgot me...

I have a hate for him for no reasons.
