This site is great because the "What do you like about the improved site" thread doesn't load at all. The forum breaks when faced with even sarcastic praise. Divide by zero and whatnot. Also, I'm glad that I don't have to worry about getting free DVD copies anymore, such a pain! And Surfin' the Highway? More like...BORING the YAWNway!

For that matter, Bone, the first Poker Night, CSI, and Texas Hold'Em look to be completely gone as well.
And, I'm not sure if the old site did this, but the fact that if you have the correct username but the wrong password it says "This password is incorrect for this user." instead of a generic "wrong info" notification just feels... slightly unsafe to me. I'm probably just being paranoid, but the fact that it's basically saying "You're half-right!" is enough to make me change my password.

I dislike the fact that, as computer and internet speeds get faster, people feel the need to bloat out basic programs more, so the actual speed of browsing never seems to get any faster. This website should by all means be faster than the old one but it feels sluggish instead.
That said, I like the background image? And the color theme, it's all right. I think the favicon should be updated to reflect the new color theme, it resembles the old site.

i actually like the thumbs up/down feature, i think i will mainly use if for especially good or especially bad post, and i like that youtube videos are now playable in the posts and that pictures get auto scaled, i don't know about the coluor choices and it seems a bit more hectic, but I'm sure i will get used to it when the wolf among us comes out
edit:i think i like linear style the best though (i wish quoting worked the way it used to), i actually can't stand reddit purely because of it's format, it is far to confusing to actually know what is going on

I'm walking around answering the same question again and again, but the first thread where it was answered was a threaded one, so no one finds the information any more. If you MUST have an avatar, you need to have a gravatar account.

I was expecting some changes, but I was not expecting such a leap, it is like I went from the year 1890 to 2025, I am speechless.

I was here in the beta so I was prepared. And they made it a bit more useable. But by god.

I'm a bit on the fence, there are some really nice improvements, like the backgrounds. But, everything else needs a bit more tweaking
