Because of the location....yeah it makes sense. I wouldn't say tell-tale need to show it to hook an audience the stories tend to do that all ready.

The first 6 Volumes contain obvious nudity like boobs, Werewolves of the Heartlands has a lot of shameless nudity...
Any other nudity is conveniently covered by and arm or leg :P
