I don't think Lee is alive, I am 99.9% sure he is dead. I just think that she missed the shot and that you will see Lee as a walker in season … more2 or 3 if they have one. Well, actually, they might not show Lee as a walker because then Clem would have to go back to Savannah and there is no logical reason to do that right now. Although Lee is dead, I hope Clementine will find out more about Lee like what happened to his wife. Dave said that Lee killed his ex-wife in an interview but he could be wrong as it was never mentioned in the game.
For solid proof that Clementine put Lee out of his misery for those who chose that option, then in Season 2/Episode 1 have her answer to Luke that she killed Lee when he asks what happened to him and she tells exactly what she did. Lee is dead, he is not coming back. No matter how much I loved his character and his bond with Clementine, he is not coming back.

Well anything is possible although both Kenny and Lily whatever happened to them is off screen so there is not a sure way of knowing if they survived or not. I would think Kenny to be dead because in my playthrough I do not see how he could have gotten out being trapped by both sides of walkers in an alley but I don't know I kind of have a feeling that he survived somehow or so I hope.

But if you let Ben live Kenny does sacrifice himself for Ben. so it would all depend on how you played the first game (the second game does depend on the first game, loosely)

Personally I think she missed but that's your opinion. However, most of the choices in the game lead to the same thing yes and I don't underst… moreand why they'd give us the option to shoot or leave him if we weren't going to see him again. It doesn't make sense. Maybe she does get the shot and if Clementine goes back to Savannah then she will see Lee dead or as a walker, we don't know.. However, I am 99.9% sure we will see Lee again.
