  • I live in a coastal town in the UK (lucky me!) but there are definitely guns, it's just not as easy to get them as it is in America, hell, I have a bunch of friends that go hunting every week, I'd just stick with them, they know what they're doing. As for boats though, they're all up on land next to the ocean, so we'd need a car or something to drag them in there, and that'd be too much hassle in the zombie apocalypse.

  • i'm near a rather big city hub in the states. highways, schools, hotels, churches, and a friggen airport that's literally a 5 min walk from my house. i think there's a military base about 40 min away, as well. plenty of places people would consider "safe zones". these are also the most likely to be quickly overrun before things are known. i'm sure there are places like gated communities that might hold well, but the living are the greatest threat to things like that. the whole "you're safe in there, and i wanna be safe, so i'm gonna drive this huge ass truck over your gate and let everything in." would be the mostly likely cause of alot of safe places getting destroyed. it's kinda funny, even if you find a safe place, there's an issue of maximum occupancy to worry about, and then other survivors wanting what you have that can still ruin it.

it just doesnt bode well for me.

  • I live in Southern California in the United States; with California having a population of over 38,000,000 people, it's larger than most countries! Even worse, there's only about 1 police officer for about every 1000 people here, with almost no one having possession of their own firearms due to the draconian gun legislation here. Given all these hindrances, it'd be all but impossible for me or anyone else in California other than Police and Military to last more than a few days at most.

  • I live in New York City, so yeah... :/

somebody should tell all the gangs runnin around down there that they're not supposed to have those guns. lol

or atleast share, come the ZA.

  • I live in New Jersey about 5 minutes away from Seaside Heights (the ocean if you don't know). So I don't really know what I would do... D=

  • Seeing how those dirt bags operate due to their numerous run-ins with them growing up, they'd use the carnage to settle old scores with turf rivals. That being said, all those guns and not so much brains on their part, would end up with them eventually slaughtering each other turf warfare. If they didn't, I doubt gangbangers would have enough discipline to organize and survive something as extreme as an extinction scenario like this without turning on each other first.

  • i could still see some of them tryin to take over places like schools, stores, and such for food, safety, and/or people. it's the ones like that that would probly be a bigger threat than the undead horde.

  • Do not come to me with this quibble man. Beijing is in Asian. Asians are ninjas. End of story...except the russians

  • Your absolutely correct on that one; the stories that I hear about what these guys do sometimes on the news is enough to stand one's hair on ends. If there was going to be a Negan/Governer sort of individual to surface around these parts, it would definitely come from one of those groups. If not from them, the Mexican Drug Cartels that we got operating just a few miles to the south of the border have plenty of wonderful candidates to make life an even bigger hell-on-earth around here. Plenty of Guns, lots of expendable assets, and no regard for human life even now, make these guys primed to thrive in that kind of ruthless environment.

  • Another Aussie here. Honestly with the gun control laws here I'd be mostly limited to melee combat. There is a gun store near where I live although I'm not sure if they're even in business anymore. I can't even think of a place to hole down.

  • If I live in Stockholm, Am I a musketeer because they are from France but France is in Europe? Ninjas have nothing to do with bejing

Buffalo, New York seems like a good place to be. It snows quite a bit up here, and as shown by the comics, walkers freeze during the winter. Being somewhere that gets snow a lot means that it wouldn't be like snow in the south, most people would already be prepared for snow here after the Turn. Also, even though Buffalo is a fairly big city, I live at the outskirts of the city, so I wouldn't be too much at risk of walkers, and could actually get supplies from the city. So... I'm actually in a really good location for a zombie apocalypse.

  • Definitely glad I'm in Texas! Plenty of woods for cover, plains where you can see for miles, steep mountains walkers can't claim, plenty of boats near the coast and plenty of guns and ammo in every household. Just have to make it out of Houston alive. Population of 4 million!

  • Yeah, walkers are just dumb, dead guys, but spiders are clever and evil.

    And they can vanish...

    ...into thin air!!

    Dadada...

Plus you got them Huntsman spiders....they scare me more than walkers! lol

  • I think food would be more important to have than guns. Guns are optional but food... In one week you'd be screwed.

  • I'm up in Canada. No guns sadly :(. Live by Lake Ontario and I guess I'll just look for a boat and go fishing for food. If there's no boats then maybe head south to America, get some guns and a group :)

  • i live in Georgia.. about 45 minutes from where Clems house was in season one.

  • Hell even without the zombie apocalypse, just living in good ol' Detroit is likely to get anyone killed, lol

  • If you make your way up north around Amarillo and Plano, you'd pretty much be living worry free without worrying about scavenging. There's so much empty space out there that you'd be able to spot a horde, raiders, much less a walker, coming at you from a couple miles away in any direction. Than again, being in Texas, there's so much firepower available that they'd be able to fight of an invading force with ease, zombies included, lol.

I'm in Canada too. We have a small population per square area, so we have that on our side. Although I'm not sure if that will matter since zombies know no borders. ;) I'm definitely screwed due to me living on an island, but I live on the West Coast of British Columbia, so at least the weather is mild. I'd better find a boat, lol.

  • I'd say that the best bet would be to get yourself to the CDC or to Fort Benning, but we all know how both of those places ended up in the end don't we. All-in-all, I'd try to make it to the coast, steal a fishing boat, and try to make it to the Florida Keys or Bermuda.

  • LOL I was just in Amarillo working a few weeks ago and it totally is a great place to set up camp. You can see for miles in every direction so you have plenty of time to get prepared or flee and there's plenty of cattle around if food supplies start getting low. I think we have more gun stores down here than McDonald's and Starbucks combined.

  • I live in a small coastal town. Like the harbor with ALL the large fishing boats is literally 30 min. drive from my house. Plus I live in America so I got guns and there are some large woodlands where I live too. I'm think I'm good long as I get away from the city. Most likely my town would be evacuated, it's too small to hold a quarantine zone. If it got too bad I could always pull a Vernon...... But what am I saying I'm gonna die in like the second day maybe? Plus I couldn't force myself to steal a boat or anything for that matter. After remembering how mad I was when Vernon took the group's.

  • I live in this little rural town in Denmark.. Just gonna fortify my grandparents farm... I'll be settled by then..
