I have a hard time rating this episode, but...
9/10
I say I have a hard time because while I enjoyed myself a lot and was engrosse… mored by what was going on, I think so much more could have been done with Carver and his community.
I also want to lodge a continuing and relentless protest against Telltale's ongoing decision to have no hubs and little freedom. I almost get the feeling Telltale is now embarrassed to admit they ever made anything resembling old-school adventure games. I guess this is just the way its going to be, but whoever decided it should be like this is short-sighted in the extreme.
If you don't have hubs, at least give us more chances to interact with characters OFF THE RAILS. We care more about characters we know things about, and we get more chances to know more things about characters if we are taken OFF THE RAILS.
(Gosh, that doesn't read like a 9/10 rating, but I really did like the episode otherwise...)
Telltale really does code the releases as they go, rather than developing them first and then releasing them, so they can incorporate feedba… moreck into the releases. The reason this takes longer to develop than Telltale's games without choices is because of all the branches. All of the branching storylines require code to hook them together. Then you add in the story choices that require different characters to show up based on choice, and you have to hook them together too. It's a very complicated code system that requires more time than something that's not choice based. Coming from the perspective of having written code myself, considering all of the branches in these games (including the story branches), two months is actually a pretty impressive feat.
Hubs. That's why. Seriously, I'm so sick of people using this as a legitimate argument as to why they think there's no character development.
There IS character development (Mike, Jane, Kenny, Bonnie, Rebecca, Carlos, Sarah, Carver, Alvin, Troy (the dick), and Sarita)
My only complaint was Reggie's voice. Other than that, this episode is pretty fucking solid.
4/10 this new writter Pierre shoritte ruined the potential of 400 days dlc characters, ruined the antagonist...first a man inteligent in ep 2 and after in ep 3 a monster crazy....this writter horrible add few lines for Nick and alvin...bad a small interactions....never have chance that talk with comunitty...never have chance of see what time happen in comunity.....and other more plothole of this writter......luke never question what happen with Nick.....yeahhh terrible plot hole of this guy Pierre shorrete....
i hope Nick breckon fix this and next episode have more participation of tavia,400 days dlc and interaction of characters....
Agree. I actually really like Mike already and Jane is pretty interesting. And I really did hate Troy, I hated him so much and I was very happy that he died the way he did. And I'd say Bonnie redeemed herself. I agree that Nick and Alvin needed more time, no doubt about that. But I think Alvin went out like a hero, and he went out the best way he could have. I was really sad to see him die, I think he needed more time during the entire season. Carlos's death completely shocked me, I kind of saw it coming from a logical point of view, but the way it happened and the fact that it happened at the very end of the episode just left my jaw hanging. And Kenny was awesome this episode. It's really annoying reading these negative reviews, although some of them do have good points. But overall it was a really good episode.

I loved the episode, bro. Sure, I agree that there could have been more interaction with the characters, but at least there were more HUB areas this time around. I hope in the next episode we can go around talking to people, maybe getting to know them a bit more, especially the newer characters or maybe even the 400 days cast if they make it.

A lot of techincal improvements form episode 2 : A House Divided keep freezing at every scene, this episode didn't freeze in any occasion. The soundtrack of this episode is REALLY good,a lot more elaborated. Ok,only one little hub,not so much, but the plot is good, the episode is really well written,we've got some new cool characters (Jane,Mike),a lot of tension building and some actually strange choices. I mean,is not like season one where the choices were pretty...clean : I mean,it was "save this or that" or "be nice or be harsh/tough". Here's more like a...smart choice. Like the one where you can choose to whatch Kenny killing Carver : me,with a lot of people, wanted Clem to be tough and let her watch but in second toughts, this act is just confriming that Bill was right when he said that he and Clem were similar. So really, the plot and the choices are going to a nice direction. The only thing I didn't liked : the 400 days character cameos. I expected them to be main characters and...no. Fuck,I wanted to see if Becca developed a bit. Whathever.
8/10
I know. I do agree that Telltale has to stress themselves a bit less and work at one game at a time, not FOUR game. Jesus, four games! But nonetheless, I'm sure Telltale will see all of this "criticism" from the users. If people aren't satisfied with this season, I'm sure they'll redeem themselves with Season 3, because I'm sure there will be one.

6/10 the episode took place in 3 main areas, the main locked off courtyard, the alley and the roof, all other places were like 2 seconds. No big decisions or determinates. To many annoying people ( one armed man and Sarah)
I will not insult this episode by simply giving it a 10/10. I will give my honest opinion of it. Which is that it is the single best individual installment of The Walking Dead in the entire franchise, and nothing less.
Yeah, that's another thing, they're working on other games and they have a deadline. Heh, well I think it just gets better and better, but like I said before I just hope we can interact with the other characters more, that's my only concern. I hope there will be a season 3, but we have to wait and see how this one ends. If it has a cliffhanger and there's no plans to make a S3, then I'm going to be pissed, lol.

8/10 a very good episode. Short and i miss having time to talk to people.
I'm feeling that the game right now is like "Clementine crazy adventures", a little bit all over the place, but it's still pretty good.

best episode of the walking dead to me so far\
but was missing some things, like 400 days character development and stuff, it needed a lot more that.
Better than average.

dlc 400 days have potential and this guy Pierre add 2 new characters with nothing of story....really a bad decisión....
i hope they have a plan for 400 days dlc...much potential of story for only a small cameos...really i not understood.
It had some flaws, but one of the best Episode's so far
(I would give 'All That Remains' 8.5/10 and 'A House Divided 7.5/10)

Not the best, but not the worst either.
It could have been longer, but still great! <3
