I almost forgot. Your thread - it was quite interesting to read this. I agree with you in all the points you made. I mean... I understand what you had in mind and I can say that it make sense. At least in my opinion. ;)
I'm not a critic nor am I a fucking fanboy. I'm just a guy who enjoys playing good games, and I enjoy talking to people who played the same games I have and discussing what we like and don't like and so on. I consider all of the games I've played from Telltale Games to be good, and if you don't think one is good, then it's your own problem.
ohhh the fanboy is angry with critic....but is true, this season 2 suck in consistence of story and ep 3 ruined the feeling of the complete s… moreeason.
i have 0 % interest in the next episode..characters suck, poor interactions and in each death not feeling.... you never know each personality...
IN QUALITY AND NARRATION THIS SEASON SUCK COMPARED WITH SEASON 1,,AND THE SHORT TIMES OF EACH EPISODE AND THE POOR INTERACTIONS OF EACH CHARACTER...AND THE LINEAR STORY....NOW ONLY HAVE 1 OR 2 DECISIONS IMPORTANT...REALLY TELLTALE NEED CHANGE THIS ASPECT OR IN THE FUTURE THE SERIES IS RUINED.

Sarah came from Carver's camp, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she's seen the extent of his ruthlessness. Her father probably sheltered her from the brunt of Carver's wrath and harshness before they ran away. Since Carver needed a doctor, he probably gave Carlos a bit more leeway with Sarah than he otherwise would have.
Also, keep in mind that Sarah was probably living inside with all of the other community people rather than outside in the yard. Carver might not be as outwardly brutal to those inside the compound.
Sarah doesn't seem to know anything about Carver or why he was so bad that the group had to flee from him. Her reaction to his presence seems to be informed entirely by what her father told he, which seems to have just been something as vague as "Carver is a bad man. We need to get away from him."
Your knowledge of narrative and what constitutes as a plothole is so great that you had to copy and paste the Wikipedia definition of plotho… moreles. Sadly you failed to mention that plotholes can also present when there are inconsistencies in a character's motivations, objectives and general characterisation. Not to mention oversights that defy narrative logic.
Examples of the above would be when Rebecca reunites with Reggie and he enquires about the whereabouts of carlos, Pete and Nick if Nick dies in episode 2 but he fails to enquire about Alvin even if Alvin is killed in episode 2 neither does Rebecca mention him. Then there is the fact that Sarah came from Carver's camp and she should be the one warning Clem to do her work and to keep quiet when Carver is talking not the other way around since she would know how dangerous he is and have a better idea of what he's capable of yet she persists to talk whilst Carver is talking even after be… [view original content]
Yeah, I expected the downvotes. This kind of person is legion on the internet, and IMO, they're far worse than the most obnoxious troll.

Downvoting me doesn't prove whether I'm right or wrong, it just proves you're too insecure (or lazy) to articulate an opinion beyond a click of the mouse.
Except this is a STORY not real life. Details and small things matter, especially in something episodic because it can be discussed. I don't need to know about this unless it has some type of context. Wellington, for instance is a good example of referencing because we know information, even if little we at least know things about it and the fact that it's probably where we will end up in episode 5. Your situation doesn't make much sense either, if they didn't want to tell me in the first place then why bring it up? The other thing is motive. WHY did Alvin kill George. If someone said something like "I lost her..." I don't need to know any more because I can probably work out that she died. That's fine. But you're giving us a detail that is completely pointless and almost never brought up ever again for the sake of... god knows what.
Pointless? Let me ask you this. Put yourself in ZA. You're meeting some group of survivors and later they're telling you about such situatio… moren like with George but they'll never explain you any details. Whether because they don't want to, they won't have enough time to do this or they'll end up dead before they could tell you anything. Maybe it's pointless but it depends on point of view. For me there is nothing wrong with that. For me it's usually thing in TWD. You met someone, they're telling you something but not everything.
We thought Kenny died in that alleyway(you can hear his choking noises in the alleyway and the building if you listen good enough) and we find out he made it out,and he didn't really explain it well enough
Well... it was Carver who first talked about George so did you expect the Cabin group to reveal something about this guy? Really? They probably had reasons not to talk about it. Besides the only one who knew the most was Alvin and he either way was dead before he could talk with Clementine about that.

It is expained somewhere in the books, I think, that eagles don't really give a crap about the middle earth and its various problems, they have their own business to mind. They just help Gandalf because he helped them and fighted with the good guys during the war because they hate orcs. And another reason that they can't just take Frodon & Co on a ride to the Mordor is because the eagles don't take orders, they have their pride . And last thing, after that I shut up, I promise, the eagles are the gods' servants making them quite literally Deus Ex Machina.
The eagles could probably fly high enough to not get within Saurons's eyesight, ascend down once they get below the volcano and drop it.
Or am I thinking way too deep into this?
Well Luke and Pete couldn't tell the difference either which is hard to believe since Pete said he was a hunter, you would think a hunter would have basic knowledge of animal biology.
