Arishok cheated and one of his swords is actually a 2H-sword.

  • Question time!

We didn't have any question concerning Awakening expansion so let's have one now. It'll be about certain character and that is the Architect.

So, did you kill him or not? Why?

    Vote HERE.

  • I didn't kill him. While certainly not a good (in terms of alignment) character, the Architect sought to stop the Blights, since the darkspawn were killed during them in quantities often equal to or even greater than the casualties of other races. His attempts to stop the Blights served not only the darkspawn, but all other races, too. His actions may have been abhorrent and damning, but his motivations were not.

    Kill it with fire.

The book 'The Calling' fleshed out his goals more, and...while he wants to kill all the Archdemons which I agree with, he also wants to blur the line between darkspawn and everyone else by making everyone a Warden and accelerating their taint.

Not only does he basically want genocide as the Warden Joining is fatal half the time, everyone left in Thedas would be ghouls if his plan succeeds. Best kill him now. Darkspawn cannot coexist with anything. Their presence alone kills.

  • I didn't kill him either, I thought he could help us finally get the darkspawn to stop attacking us.

  • Well, we'll see about that. A lot of people shouted in Twitter replies to show Cassandra next, but I'm not sure if that is how the next companion's image is chosen.
