Looks like Clementine will leave behind or get separated from Sarah( maybe a choice). In the first picture her jacket is dirty/bloody( maybe to blend with zombies), but in the picture with them together her jacket is clean...

I'm looking at his hair and for some reason he reminds me of Johnny from Season 2 episode 2, one of Carvers henchmen.
I'm pretty sure he died so it can't be him, but I think there's a resemblance.

They usually release trailers 1 day before the episode, the day the episode releases, or even after it releases. And we usually get release dates a couple days before it releases.
