Tavia's the actual antagonist and Carver was a puppet ruler set up for the masses (as she knew his gruff voice and sadism would force people to follow). Now she's hunting Clem and co. to get revenge for having her setup ruined.
that's ironic but I can your logic behind it, I think it would be good if clem call the fruit sweet pea (nickname for clementine, and a nice reference to bring up Lee. he called her sweet pea sometimes.)
Plot twist, Kenny's plan to escape the truck in Episode 3 would have actually worked. The group then would have taken over Carver's compound and lived out the rest of the apocalypse in comfort and style with Carver and Troy as their enslaved butlers serving them fruity drinks with tiny umbrellas in them.
also if clementine look at the clementine and say something like "I don't know what Carver was talking about" a reference when Clementine told Carver her name from episode 2.

Clementine's group gets held up by the Spanish Inquisition and are charged that they did on diverse dates commit heresy against the Holy Church.
