Wow, that's a quick turnaround. I knew that Minecraft's artstyle and animation would speed things up a little, but I wasn't expecting anything as crazy as (what I'm guessing seems to be) 2-3 weeks! Not even Telltale's older episodes released that quickly apart.
EDIT: Guessing it might be 3-4 weeks, which alligns much more closely to classic Telltale Episodes. Still impressive that they've released a modern episode this quick though.
Telltale have added the episode 2 Steam achievements so it looks like they might be releasing episode 2 relatively soon.

It has certainly been a lot quicker than normal, i wasn't expecting to see it until after Game of Thrones episode 6 but now it looks like it could release as soon as November 3rd or 10th.

Hopefully it finds its way onto YouTube. I think it's really cool to see commercials for games from Telltale when you consider how much of a niche studio they were in their early days. (Sam and Max had Gametap commercials I remember seeing as a kid, but I'm not counting those.)
If all episodes are three to four weeks apart (which very likely won't happen with the Holidays slowing down Episode 5 and possibly 4 by what I imagine would be a few weeks), then rhetorically speaking we could be done with this series as soon as early to mid January.

It could potentially come as early as next week if we are already getting the trailer and key art. Telltale usually only shares screenshots, the episode trailer, and key art when we are very close to the next episode releasing (usually the next week after)!

I suppose this is the commercial freelance was talking about:
Bleh meh bah bah blah blah why are you reading this?
For the record, I did… more not upload this video, and it appears to have a darker color scheme, but I believe it was done to prevent copyright issues.
My friend and I were just talking about that over Skype. I would say that it's "possible", but I'm 90% sure it's going to be a trailer with a release date for November 3rd.
So, what has been the shortest wait for a Telltale game? I think I see why this is called the "mega month"... and I think a wait record will be broken.
I can't give a specific date, but the Sam & Max episodes took about a month to come out, so Episode 2 if it releases next week could make it the shortest wait time ever in Telltale's 10 years of making games!

Oh that's cool! So we can get different scenes depending who we chosed to seek for on episode 1. Thats really cool!
I chosed to seek Ellegaard. In fact a lot of people chosed to look for her.

I'm not comfortable with this, this is all so new to me. This series is going to be over by March or April if this keeps up.
I am fine with that to be honest. But if this causes the episodes to blow, then that is gonna be a problem.
Let's go Marty! We gotta go back to the future!
Okay conspiracy theory time - Telltale discovered the ability of cloning and cloned it's staff!
I just saw a Minecraft Story Mode commercial on TV!
Really?
Yep, on Cartoon Network.
Really,Key art?Telltale is 3fast5us

What did he say?
I'm thinking the lower wait time might be related to the less complex graphics, is this likely?
Guys... what's happening?
You're kidding me, Right? Goddamn...
Well, that escalated way too quickly!
Get ready to watch my gameplay soon I hope
Episode 2 has now been rated by PEGI.
WHAT! I think he's hinting at a trailer, but if the episode actually releases on like Friday I'm going to lose my shit!
News tomorrow:
Gah, too many big updates in one day! Hang on, I'll try to update the thread assuming another mod doesn't beat me to it! [cough Ozzy cough] :P
Seriously, I can't believe this, it hasn't even been 2 weeks and we already have major news, I don't know how this is possible.
So ep2 in like a week or 2?

My ready is body
Yep, that's It! I find it really nice that they made 2 commercials for both genders.
Man what's next?! Telltale pulling a Scott Cawthon move by releasing it tomorrow morning?!
This game is going to end Feb 17th,
My friend and I were just talking about that over Skype. I would say that it's "possible", but I'm 90% sure it's going to be a trailer with a release date for November 3rd.
16th, since that's a Tuesday (I feel like Telltale is mocking us...)

What a slap in the face to Thrones fans.
