I'm actually not too sure right now, of course it would update if you have Auto-Updates enabled.
But we don't have the update that shows 6-8 and the new screen for 5, I think we need that update first.
iOS got it before us surprisingly.
Of course I'm not 100 percent sure on this but, I don't think it would show on the PlayStore. I think it would just update. And you can just check the app for the new episode.
Thread: Help installing Episode 5 Order Up!
So I downloaded Episode 5 Order Up and it tells me to install it. It says in order to insta… morell it, they're going to send you to the main menu again. So I accept. However, the arrow is on download content, I press the one that says Order Up and says not installed. It tells me again they're going to send me to the main menu so I accepted and I was sent there and the arrow was still on download content and stills says Episode 5 is not installed. The process keeps going over and over again. Please help!

Is still no one getting the Xbox update? I guess its save the best for last but I feel a little bit left out.. especially when Xbox consoles would of had the episode first, if this stupid glitch that should have been fixed in minutes didn't ruin it.
