Exactly, she probably just knows how because she was a rebellious kid. If she worked in as a tattoo artist I'd expect her to be at least somewhat tatted up.
And if Clementine had chopped down the tree earlier so that it just stopped, they could have driven the truck back to the junkyard and saved her.
So basically CLEMENTINE KILLED MARIANA CONFIRMED
Actually, the most reasonable thing to me was to take down Javier, Tripp/Elenor or Kate (the three adults, the "most dangerous" ones) first and THEN take the children. If they left Mariana alone at the end, it's not like a ten years old was going to go full Kill Bill and revenge, she was no danger... and if she was, we will never know.

Not sure we'll ever be told. I doubt it though, Clementine hasn't mentioned it yeat at least and I think one npc at the least would have had the brand if the developers intended that connection.
Isn't New Frontier a sort of new concept to the series too? Like, Prescott didn't know much of them I don't think.

Alvin Lee Junior or Alvin Luke Junior are the only ones that sound right to me.
Like, there's no problem with Alvin Rebecca Junior, but it just doesn't roll off the tongue, you know?
I was looking around for reused objects & textures in that place. I think the chair that the guy Clementine kills was sitting on is the same chair as the one in Felix's safehouse in TFTBL.
I don't deserve to live. Even though I've played the games 6 times, I didn't connect the dots at all. The voice didn't even sound familiar! I must have been so completely immersed and/or I need more calibration.
Cool, welcome to page 200, to think 100 pages ago you guys were talking about Bonnie drowning if you don't break the ice. Over and over and over and over and over and over.............................. and over again.
Third of all, if you do nothing during the fight with Eli, Clem will do the knee trick and save your ass. I don't have a picture of it, though.
Fourth, glich almost spoiled me! Thanks God I wasn't paying attention the first time.
Edit: At the begining of Episode 2, the flashback shows a very different Kate, more submissive, apologizing and passive. She was like, a housewife. And Kate doesn't seem like the kind to be a housewife. Man, David did that to her? Fuck David! I hate him more and more everytime!
Yeah, he certainly made my Javi feel like a bit of a chump, though if he was trying to hide his skills from the group, now I know a bit more of what he's capable of
Zip ties are laughably easy to break out of. I knew they wouldn't do a damn thing to a guy like Jesus, if anything I'd feel like a chump when he turns out to have broken free hours before we realized.
Don't know if this has been mentioned, but in the Welington flashback..in Clementines room...she has made a training poster with ways to kill a walker...there is a Bat that is labeled as being covered in tomato sauce....She was training AJ to fight walkers that is so cute.
Yeah I am not sure if he is physically abusive or just mentally abusive to Kate...or he just has anger issues that leads to bad moods that drive her nuts. He could be suffering from PTSD...though from what I gather he may not have been the warmest brother back in the day either.
First of all, Clementine almost laughs.
Second of all, Banang!

You know what makes this even worse? He would have had a clear view of just about everyone from that angle. He deliberately decided to go for Mari.
#FuckBadger
If Clementine had not chopped down the tree then Badger's group would have combed the junk yard and found them all...probably after a little rape...or a lot, they would be occupying shallow graves. Seeing as his group moves in the following morning...Javier would just be getting to New Richmond...maybe....and even then...who knows how they handle shit...is David really concerned about every member of his group getting ganked? No they probably have set up a court system that David never sees much of.
The guy who was driving with Javier in episode one was part of the New Frontier, right? If so, if Clementine hadn't chopped down the tree, Javier would have had an express ride to David and Mariana would likely still be alive.
Is the first episodes' name "Ties That Bind" a reference to Resident Evil 4? While playing that game, I just got a trophy saying "The Ties That Bind" right after I finished the penultimate boss fight.
That's why I said "likely". Nothing is certain, after all that's not how it played out.
However, if I had written the scenario... I have faith in Kate to get the kids away from the bandits or at least keep them hidden, although the muertos would pose another threat. Judging by what we've seen involving the New Frontier's somewhat theatrical culture (eg. the burn marking upon joining the community) and also depending on the population size, I wouldn't doubt David either randomly coming across Javier or if not that, Javier could kick up a fuss and manage to get David's attention, quickly explain himself and go roaring back to the junkyard... I acknowledge it would be a tight squeeze time-wise and Kate and the kids' survival would be entirely dependent on luck, but that's how I imagined it playing out if Clementine wasn't involved.

OMG MARIANA IS SO CUTE!!!
AND SHE'S FUCKING DEAD!! FUCK YOU, TELLTALE!!
That sounds more likely, now!
Two more good points.
I want to see Mariana as indirectly caused on her kill list on the wiki.

Perhaps Badger is a child-targeted sadist, like Randall.
Another reason why I think Jane's flashback was the best one.
FUCK YOU CLEMENTINE
A stupid child-targeted sadist, then!
Was the new frontier the ones who attacked Wellington?
Someone probably mentioned this, but if you Hum a song to Aj, Clem hums the Walking Dead Theme (Lee's death song)

Possible. Someone suggested the saviors but I think Wellington being destroyed is after All out war
Badger has earned the hatred of the Raven!
Well, she was clearly meant to condone the "Ow the Edge" crowd and had traits of a juvenile delinquent in the past, so it's a no brainer honestly.
Dangit, I was just about to make that comparison!
Technically, Jane still "taught" her the trick before she died. Horrible person or not, a useful trick is still a useful trick.
Yeah, it just occured to me what a lazy ass fuckin name that is. Kenny and Jane both suck at names.
I thought they could maybe be the Saviors. Edith mentioned something about them demanding for more or something, which is super Savior.
When would this invasion have occurred though?
Oh, that's what that was! Mythology Gag!
I don't think so, since by this time in the comics the Saviors are not doing that anymore (Season 2's ending is even past this).

If you let the timer run out, Conrad will kill Gabe and then kill Javier.

Did you know that Bonnie dies if you do not break that ice...true story.
That goddamn bastard, I knew it.
#FuckWallStreet is over, now it's #FuckBadger
Mental scars don't count?

No it is an old poetic term...just means that friendship, community and Love are all part of the things that form society and family.
