WOW!, pretty amazing guys, it's a privilege to play games from a company willing to go these lengths.

This thread should die now. All the complainers got what they wanted, and Telltale will probably increase the download size from here on out. If the size reaches the ridiculous size of SoMI:SE though, I will be sad.

Wallace & Gromit episodes averaged 435MB. TOMI isn't even close. There's plenty of room there for better textures and more characters. SoMI:SE is 2.1GB because it contains a whole lot of hand(photoshop) painted backgrounds at high resolution, with an hour or so of high quality music and a lot of voice. TOMI will never be that big.

I've downloaded the latest version of TOMIE2 because it was said that the audio has been improved. Still i got several audio issues like Guybrush talking two sentences at once or voice stuttering from time to time, more at the end of the sentences. Never experienced the stuttering issue in epsiodes before.

Create a new thread and post your system specs in it. Alternatively, try knocking the graphics down a couple of notches, there's a good chance that will fix it.

    Hi all,

The team's just uploaded an updated version of Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 2.

Those that have experienced audio issues will find improvements here.

You can get it from the same location:

    http://www.telltalegames.com/download/siegeofspinnercay

This is replacing the prior version and becomes the standard game download version going forward.

    Best,

    - Joel, Telltale

FANTASTIC NEWS! The audio compression seemed worse in this chapter than chapter 1, so happy it's been addressed at last!

The new update is fantastic, Telltale. I've always admired this company, but now I truly take off my hat. Thank you very much!
