Grant a Useless Power!

This is a game I miss on a forum I no longer go to.
Simply grant the person above you some sort of special ability that is as useless as possible.

For instance -

I grant AgentDarkBooty the power to have ginger ale come out of his nose if he laughs while drinking milk.
