Darn you like a sock! Now I can't stop refreshing!
Despite my previous adamanticity (is that even a word), i have inexplicably made myself hyped. I now have 4 MI backgrounds cycling on my Computer.

If i was to be completely new to the franchise, i would probably say the same. But Curse (and even Escape) Have a strong nostalgia factor attatched to them for me.
If nostaglia had anything to say about it I definetly prefer COMI. That cartoony graphics and 3 different facial expressions are what I immedietly go to when I think of Guybrush. Always loved the music from the first to games though.
And you're right! It no longer says to be released on the 8th of December... though this could mean they may have to release it at a later date...

I think for me, Point&click games never feel truly right unless they are in 2D, with dated 90's graphics. Is close, but the real charm of P&C's for me is in the retroness. Or maybe that's because the nuimber of decent P&C's made after 2001 is countable on two hands.

On one hand, Sam and Max Season 1. Sam and Max Season 2. Syberia. Syberia 2. The Longest Journey.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a few hours late.
Technically it's not late until tomorrow. Or at least until Pacific sunset, when you can reasonably call "afternoon" over in favor of "night." There's just a habit of assuming that it will come out at the very first moment of the range Telltale gives, despite the fact that that never happens.
I believe the developers are just slowly drinking their wines, playing with the tips of their moustaches and pointing/laughing at our posts.
It can wait a few hours for me actually, I have other things to do. I'm not really that absorbed into it yet, it won't happen for me until the game starts.
However that Majus video for the game was amazing. To be honest I wasn't a huge fan of all of them but the new one was totally amazing.

Pretty much. Honestly, I couldn't care less if it's not here instantly, as long as its good.
