Aww, I love spaniels - I always want to fluff their beautiful ears. That's a heart-achingly cute dog you got there, Friar!

    :(

Anyway, i tried desperately to get the rest of the family to agree with the name "K9", but we settled for Toby.
And he seems to like nibbling my beard.

on a humerus note I knew someone who named their dog "dee-oh-gee" --- D-O-G lol

There is a movie in which the dog is called "Piss-Off". Makes it confusing when you call him.

My grandparents named their dog T.K., which was short for Tin Kan, because when he was a puppy he got his head stuck in a dog food can.

My parents called one of our cats Intox, because they gave him a huge overdose of a medication soon after adopting him.
I found it the most horrible name ever so I only ever called him by the nickname Totoche.

    Joop - D'AWWW on both counts! :)
  • edited September 2010
I can't imagine why you'd say D'AWWW to a picture of a person feasting on the flesh of an innocent boy. Devouring the purity of a child. Eating those rosy cheeks!
    You're sick, you know that!

You're right - saying NOM NOM NOM would have been much more appropriate! :D

    Was that so hard?

As a reward a picture of me and my nephew dancing what we think is the lambada.

If there's one aspiration I have in life, it's to some day be an uncle.
  • edited September 2010
LOL, that looks like a professionally taken stock photo. You could probably sell that one.
  • edited October 2010
Well, it was made by my uncle, who's a professional photographer.
    But thanks! ^^

With Halloween coming, I thought this picture might be appropriate:
    index.php?action=dlattach;attach=1535;type=avatar
...no that is not a "Halloween mask" that involved 4 hours of makeup...

Well, my sister-in-law will have a baby in December, so I'll look into the issue. But since I'm not even getting my own life sorted out, I'm just glad I'm not gonna be a Dad right now...

The date is wrong on the photo but that's close to how I look now. Hair's a bit shorter.

What I looked like not too long ago before my hair cut. Date's wrong too.

I sort of have....camera avoidance (I blame my father following me around with a camera every family vacation for this) but I do have one of me in my wicked awesome fencing gear.

Awesome! Another fencer on the forums! Do you only fence foil or other weapons as well?
  • edited October 2010
I fence foil and epee mainly. I tried saber once and liked it, but my club never had enough equipment for me to participate (yet another reason I'm not crazy about the move to electric equipment).

Yeah, I'm pretty much exclusively epee because I never really got the hang of the right of way rules. Also, my coach hates saber and sort of refused to train anyone in it.
  • edited October 2010
Saber's actually pretty fun if you ever get a chance to try it. It's faster than foil and much, much faster than Epee though.
