    So, it turns out that the game whose objectives appear aren't necessarily ones that are on sale.

    I'm revising my estimate... I definitely have the first hat, but if all the other days are like today, I won't even have the second.

    And I don't even think the third hat is going to exist.

    EDIT:K its have 10 friends on steam
    play the demo of a game
    get another high score
    do something in new vagas.
    The demo and the 10 friends are mine. Ill have the first hat easy. The others not so much.

    Yeah the 5 hat is mine but my goal is 10 for a chance at the 100 games. But its not like Id win that but still.

    While that is undoubtedly cool and had me interested in Killing Floor, I can't help but feel more games are using TF2 items to sell more on steam. This is going on at the same time as everyone is trying to get the Treasure Hunt hat (which I hope to get without a lot of effort). Fortunately I already pre-ordered or owned the other games tied to promo hats except for Worms Reloaded, which I'm glad I bought. It is very fun once you get the hang of the controls.

    Their whole scheme is working anyway. How is Killing Floor?

    Killing Floor is fun, if you ever played Invasion on Unreal Tournament 2004, it's exactly like that, but with zombies.

    Since the Killing Floor event lasts through Jan 4th, I can guarantee you that it will be on sale before the event ends. If only because of the Steam post-holiday sale.

    But he was already banned, so reporting wasnt needed. I just like commenting on what is happening:D

    And just a little something for those. If the steam contests continues this way, you would need to get 2 each time and 3 just once for the 15 hat exactly. Just so you know.

    I'm going to try and get two every day (which may be harder than it has been) plus an extra if it's not too much trouble. Hopefully I will be able to get the treasure hat without much trouble.

    I'll probably pick up Killing Floor when it goes on sale soon. Big game updates usually have sales.

    Well, I don't have the hat, but the Team Fortress 2 Wiki has video of the Treasure Hat spilling coins

    The first hat has no unusual effect... the second one does, though (as shown in the previous video).

    The soonest people can have the second hat is Sunday.
