Holy fried penguins on a rabies vaccinated sasquatch in a sombrero-shaped spaceship! Is that ever the brightest and greenest wallpaper ever...
  • edited July 2010
Maybe he has red-green color blindness, and it's some sort of dull brown or something to him. Not quite sure how that works....anyways, does his desktop remind anyone else of an Apple II?

I think it's mainly how the trash can looks, and how the start menu is on the top. But I'm probably just going insane due to the green.

Close. It's my amateur attempt at recreating the Atari ST desktop. I think using it so much as a kid has made me immune to its greeny brightness.

I wanted a plain, simple, red wallpaper but I couldn't find one, so I made one

why do you gotta have a giant screenshot just to show the wallpaper is red? I mean it's not like there's tiny details you want shown...

I don't know how to screenshot my desktop, but here's my background pic.

It's GIR, in the Possum Van, jumping over "the secret lair on Skullcrusher Mountain" in Modnation Racers. If you got all 3 references immediatly, you are officially awesome.

It's not big because I want to show off detail... it's big because I have a big monitor :P

I'd go with the first one, it's less noisy and it's of a better resolution.
I don't know how to screenshot my desktop, but here's my background pic.

Press the "print screen" button (usually to the left of "home"). That copies an image of whatever's on your monitor to the clipboard, so you can then go into paint and press ctrl+v (or Edit > Paste) and save the resulting image :)

I made one to celebrate my fav Kane wrestler winning a world title after like 10 years by showing him witch each world title hes held and hes also the only one to ever hold them all

I'm not sure if the titles are the same now, but I'm certain Hulk Hogan held the World Heavyweight title, Intercontinental and Tag Team titles... I think two of them at the same time.

Kane held 3 world ones the Intercontinental and Tag Team belts aren't world titles but secondary titles. (Im a wrestling enyclopedia sometimes XD)

Oh there are three world titles now? I'm sure there was only one in 'my day'. I suppose the WCW had a main belt too but that was nothing compared to WWF.

I recently bought SBCG4AP for 3 pounds in the Comic Con Sale (way cheaper than I would pay for the last two on wiiware) and after finishing the last two episodes, I went back and played the first three. Well today I was playing Strong Bad episode 3 and I took a picture. This is now what my desktop looks like.

There is no built in desktop organizer/dock for Windows 7. My guess is that he got a Dell computer, and those things tend to come with something called Dell Dock installed on them.

I've heard that fences is pretty good, but haven't tried it myself.

Here's Dell Dock for those interested:
    http://www.delldock.com/

Afterward it was confirmed that it was a Dell, so if do want that exact dock, you want Dell Dock.

Good stuff, I recommend Fences over Dell Dock. I haven't used Dell Dock, but I have a bad history with Dell, and figured that terrible things would continue to happen if I used it. Also, I'm not sure that Dell Dock has the %100 transparency option, which is very appealing.

This guy looks pretty interesting too, also from Stardock:

I haven't tried it out yet though.

You are correct, good sir. Just tried installing it to no avail, I wrongly assumed that they would let anyone use their dock software.

What is fences? And where is Sam & Max on your desktop?!!?

Fences is a program that allows you to group a collection of desktop shortcuts into one cluster that you can drag around the screen. And my Sam and Max games are at the top in the "point and click games" section.
