    The Captivate is in the Galaxy S line, which utilize Super AMOLED screens. These are better at battery use unless they are showing something that is pure white, so they're worse at extended web surfing and searches but better at things like games and video playback. Samsung generally puts pretty good batteries in their stuff as well, they definitely make some of the best Android phones.

    I have the HTC Sense, I use data a few times a day and quite a few text messages. My battery lasts about 3-5 days.

    Do you mean the "Sensation"? "Sense" is the branding they use for their UI skin for Android, and isn't a model of phone.

    Trying to figure out crazy things I can do on a weekend level. For my location, going to Disneyland seems the most likely, but the train goes so darned slow and the airport is too darn far away.

    maybe i can go to victoria

    I recommend Disneyland. And if you go, make sure to stop by the "soup in a bread bowl" place. They have fantastic gumbo.

    One thing about Disney. They do love to make it really easy for you to give them your money. However, this is payed off with convenience so I find it difficult to argue against it. Are you going to stay in one of the Disney hotels? I've heard they're very nice but I haven't stayed in one since I was an infant.

    Nah, im looking at a motel near by. I'm really used to walking around, so a 20 min walk isn't bad at all. All in all, it's going to be pretty affordable considering I'm getting paid 200 dollars from job corps around that time. :D

    Aww, I was kinda hoping you could enlighten me as to what it's like. My parents live an hour away so there's never really been cause for me to go stay at their hotel. Maybe someday I'll take a trip to one of the other parks and stay at their hotel. I've heard the Euro Disney has some fantastic animatronics in their Pirates ride.

    I think people should call more often just to chat. I like talking to people and it helps stave off the maddening isolation of my current situation.
