I started to read that as you made $250 making food for two hours, then spent it all on German beer and scotch!

As that didn't really happen, you can now spend it all on Cinco de Mayo festivities!

OK. I have a potential purchase lined up.

    It's £1.99.

And it's for something really, really terrible.

    Yes or No?

Is it the Dungeons and Dragons movie? Is it? IS IT?! Yes anyway.

Just found a new bug in Amberstar. Use the de-petrification spell in combat, immediate crash to DOS. Sigh.

Will this make us laugh at your misery in any way, shape, or form?

If it's worse than that it's not worth 2 Pounds.

Remember when people used to post in the General Discussion forum after five pm?

    Yes. That happened earlier today.

Another day not seeing Iron Man 3, another day of being a social leper among my friends. Well, online friends. If any of my IRL friends were going to see it, this wouldn't be an issue. But nooooooooo, they're all busy and shit.

Meh, I'm gonna go draw things using squares and limited colors.

Stop being lazy. Improve yourself. These aren't good qualities.

I don't like dying in games because I have a limited time to play and every time I die, that shortens the amount of progress that I will make during my allotted playing hours.

However, without the ability to die every once and awhile, the game's too easy and it's almost not worth it. I enjoyed how Bioshock Infinite handled it, with very little progress lost.

I just realized another thing that doesn't make sense about the Big Bang Theory. If Leonard and Sheldon are such hot shot physicists, what are they doing working on string theory when they should be taking periodic trips to Cern to work with the supercollider? That's what all the cool physicists are doing nowadays.

They don't want to work with Sheldon so didn't invite him or Leaonard cos they know he would tag along. It's in the room mate agreement.

I just caught up on a full 10 days of this thread. Probably the most important thing I will accomplish today.

Because the likeliness of either one producing real results is fooey.

that is what i do, it is why i am the best video game player ever, and i think people misinterpreted that to mean i don't like the ability to die in a game, i just meant that was my main motivation to not die in a game and it is a very real desire not to die, it is as close to real fear of death there can be in a video game

basically if there is a hell and i went to it, my punishment would be to feel perpetually bored while being surrounded by all the entertainment anybody could ever desire, but nothing i did would stop the feeling of being utterly bored

I was going to make a joke about how that this wouldn't be much different from what's actually happening at the supercollider, but apparently they finally found evidence of the Higgs Boson just a month and a half ago, so I stand corrected even before I made the incorrect statement.

Sort of evidence. It's still mostly an inference.

Although they've technically done more than all Superstring theorists combined, yes.

L.A. Noire is repetitive and boring after a while. The homicide beat got pretty interesting and I was really into it, but Vice is a drag. The nonsensical questioning method also is a bummer.

I really want to replay it but I have to forget everything first. #firstworldproblems.

I feel that way about all the Monkey Island games.

Thing is, I'm never going to finish it if I take a break. That's how repetitive I find it. I don't buy a lot of games, so when I do I want to finish them.

I guess it doesn't help that Cole is such a boring, hypocritical asshole, and the narrative is so poorly written.
