I'm disappointed you guys didn't read between Jake's lines. Clearly we should be called the Interlopers.

Dammit, now I want a muffin, and I just ate the last one two days ago.

It likely would've been stale by now anyway, so job well done.

I would have suggested going to the store to buy some.

I know QuikTrip convenience stores here have fresh ones all the time.

This sounds like it would make the best secret society ever.

This is banned due to it being the original suggested name for the Telltale newsletter ("The Telltalian"). The word Telltalian was rejected in favor of The Telltale Interloper and subsequently banished from the office.

Admittedly, that banishment was decreed in the old office so it may not hold at this point. Still, "Telltalian" rubs me the wrong way. We used to make the web server's text-to-speech engine say it because we thought it sounded funny.

Sounds like a Star Trek alien race... "Watch out, the Telltalians are invading!"

Also, I wish my work had muffin day... best we get is pajama day. *Veers slightly towards topic* I would love to have a group of friends I could call my Nerd Herd. Unfortunately, no-one wants to join...:D

    :d :d :d

Edit: I don't think I like the way this forum converts your posts to lower case if you write them in all upper-case...

It's annoying when there is a reason for your post to be all upper-case, but really I'm glad it does that. Sometimes I wonder if the all-lower-case posts some members make would have been all upper-case otherwise. And that would be even more painful to read.
