True This is why i've found it hard to just get into Sam & Max by simply buying the season boxsets. I think much of the thrill in these games alongside the game and story itself is the cliffhanger and the time between installments. that's why I pre-ordered this time and plan on being on board from day 1. I honestly don't mind the gap between episodes, it makes for richer discussion.
4 more hours? Jees, Ive been waiting for 6 hours here in Finland already. Finished P.B. Winterbottom just now and thought it might have been released...sadly that was not the case.
Oh well, won't have any time to play after 5pm, Christmas coming, need to clean the house, wrap presents, decorate, bake, all that jazz. I was kinda hoping to get to play the first episode a bit, though.
Hmmm... I betcha I'll be able to make it through the last half of Purgatory /w my Engineer on Insanity mode in Mass Effect 2 before the game is up for download.

Yeah the whole place will go deathly silent... but people still need something to while its downloading; I mean other than put on Huey Lewis and sing a long while hitting the roof.

If I wasn't at work right now, I'd be doing the same with my Sentinel. Only have a few loyalty quests left to finish though. I.e. Tuchanka plus Zaeed and Jacob's loyalty missions on insanity before I go after the IFF.
And Insanity mode really isn't that hard once you get two or three abilities maxed out. The Stasis loyalty power you get from the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC really helps with boss battles, since it can effectively take one enemy out of the fight. Only Pretorians, Harbinger and some of the tougher geth are immune to it.

Excellent the server is back up, now I can join those waiting again it's 15:36 here (also Germany) and as the kids are off sick I'm about to be tortured with Bob The Builder.
