It's good to know your position on the PC gamers which helped you become succesful in the first place, and good to know that, now you've got your use out of us, you have decided that you value your Xbox customers more than us.
S**t, I was seriously considering buying the season pass. Couldn't be happier with my decision not to. Crazy to spend 15-16 pounds for 2-3 hours of gameplay that will only be playable at, what... 2 months at a time? (not sure if they will keep this shitty job on the release date's).
Makes way more sense to just fork out 4 pounds when they will eventually arrive.
Also, just to to get all these things off my chest.:mad: What bothers me about this episodic release is that once you get the episode, you play it for 3 hours max, and then you have to wait again for "any number of weeks, or months" to continue the story. And then of course repeat 4 times!
This game company is just annoying as hell! Even though they're game totally rocks
Ps. will episode 2 definitely be released today for EU?

PSN EU/UK NO!! That is at an undetermined later date.

Pretty sure there is no answer to this, but why was there a mention of a monthly release dates... feels like some cheap, outdated way to sucker people into start playing.
Where does it say they already have the final build?
Keyword in my sentence was ”if” I don’t claim steam have the final build. If they don’t have the build it makes sense they haven’t released it. But since the game is already finished my guess was that steam would have the final version especially since they released episode 1 before telltale. And it shouldn’t really matter to telltale what part of the day the gams is released as far as I can tell.
Well, if Steam usually released earlier than Telltale, people wouldn't buy from Telltale's store any more. So I assume they're at least trying to roughly coordinate their releases.
You could wait for the game to be completely finished before paying and playing. (This experience links to any any other game, Telltale or not. Telltale just lets you play finished parts as the game is developed.) I did this with Back to the Future just recently. c:
Some people enjoy episodic releases. It can be fun to analyse the story and theorise what will happen with other players. The episodic system also gives Telltale an opportunity to make adjustments to the game according to feedback. Oh, and people have high quality gaming to look forward to every few months. (For example, after experiencing the end of the Mass Effect series, I'm finding it difficult to find other interesting new games. So The Walking Dead is refreshing and erases any feelings of disappointment. n_n )

I have the Walking Dead game through Steam.
No mention of Ep. 2 in the Steam store (not even a "Coming June 28!! notice), No link or page for the episode and, I just fired up the game to see if ep 2 auto installed and, it says "coming soon" like it has since day 1.
Off to work with me. Hopefully, I'll get to play it tonight.
My question is at what time,in thier timezon do you think TTG will be abel to release?
Word around the forum is simply sometime during their office hours(which I suppose is 9-5) but what could they have left to to at this point?
Time is 05:58 in US,California right now. So when do you think the might be ready?
EDIT:Just noticed the TTG FAQ which cleary stated "during the office hours 9-5" and "this means at 9am TTG its 6pm in germany (as close to me as it got).
But I still want to speculate "when" to pass the time...
Who knows if its anything like 1st episode may never see on their site today may have to hit up steam again. but if i had to guess all goes right soon as they get into work so prolly around 10-12ish.

it's not personal but i find people 'wasting a day off' to play a game sad and funny when it doesn't work out..

Reading the stickied release day FAQ helps a lot. No midnight releases, no specific time, EVAR.
