im assuming ps3 is the only ones that got the game already but idk what you guys are complaining about i got may game installed yesturday. yes telltale really doesnt like to update there websites really or respond to any concerns that there customers have its really crazy. telltale really just needs a good spokes person there podcast playing dead really doesnt cut it they never ask or address any issues that we are really thinking. what they need is someone that can keep the public informed with the release dates and bug reports. it will stop all you crazy people from getting on the message board and trying to boycott a freaken amazing game. this episode wasnt really late though they said mid to end of Aug so it was kinda on time. this episode has a lot more bugs and not as good of a flow as the others. my opinion episode 3 was a good sode but my least favorite and my most favorite was episode 2 it was really wroth that long wait.

It's not the game people trying to boycott, the game is amazing, it's the folks behind it. Trust me, Dealt with the 'customer service' and can tell you right now that they are real a-holes. I did get my money back like after two weeks of trying to contact them through e-mails demanding money back, they treated me like a thief. Bought the game on Steam instead. But I will never, EVER buy and deal with them directly.

Pc players we are always the last. :(

well ep 2....pc users were not the last...x-box 1st...then us PC users...i believe it was ps3 owners who were last that time...ALL of a sudden now PC users are last now!

I got a feeling...its due to TWD not working for windows 8 users...you know the dinput.dll issue going round right now!

TTG PC customers will get a Season DVD for free at the end... at least we should. As long as they keep doing that, I don't mind waiting a bit longer. But if we don't get the disc... then you'll see my wrath.

... And now I'm going to have to go into the circus as the Bearded Lady, I've been waiting that long Q_Q. I know ttg is getting sick of us rushing them, but I thought Steam would have Episode Three today </3.

Nothing like that was announced this time. I'd be thoroughly surprised if one turned up nonetheless, and as for announcing your "wrath" should something entirely unexpected NOT occur...

    ...what are you doing?!

Enough with the conspiracy theories. No announcement was ever made that this game would work on Windows 8. The game started releasing when 8 wasn't EVEN OUT! The game will be here in a few hours and that's that.

OMG, I should have thought Murphy's Law. I withdraw!

PD: They promised a disc on the last Playing Dead episode... but didn't specified if it was for consoles or PC.

well apparently i have read reports of users trying to run TWD on Windows 8 beta, and they say without the dinput.dll file being in the gamedata folder the game is never going to work on win 8. 1 user tryed adding it, and BAM TWD started working on windows 8 beta...

Oh BTW: Ep 3 on x-box live is roughly a 545mb dl...ahhhh finished download bye bye PC version for a few hours...

Steam always updates offers and so at 17:00 GMT, so I suppose that the game will be available at that time. In 30 minutes.

    Greenwich Meridian Time.

I just used a standard time zone. Here in spain it will be at 19h.

There it will be at 10am, I suppose.

The introduction of Windows 8 is making me go bald.

Windows 8 is going to destroy "power PCers" and Microsoft envisions the ULTIMATE DEMISE OF ALL PERSONAL COMPUTERS.

    Enjoy gaming on your tablet.

It's daylight savings time right now, so it would be 18:00 GMT instead of 17.00.

Soooo is there an estimated time for the release today? I live in California so it's Pacific time. Or could it literally be at midnight tonight?

We will enter the time frame in which the episode will actually be released in 15 minutes. From then, it will be a maximum of six hours (all right, technically, seven hours. But that never happened I think). Telltale office business hours.

/edit: FINALLY someone who doesn't have time zone issues. Thanks, JessiC. ;)

I only know for sure that Tommorow It will be released on 100%.Not sure about that thing"In 15 minutes".

So when they say August 29 it means at any time? Balls. Thanks for the quick heads up. Will they post the "alleged" time the episode "could" be released on this thread? Lol.

Almost never. But rest assured, you WILL know in here when it's out. VERY quickly.

I'm more sad than frustrated actually, this is no way to treat paying customers. Neglecting Europeans... Good job TTG...
  • edited August 2012
Telltale is at NO FAULT for the EU PSN delay. Geez, mods, can you post, like, a stickied thread that says that or something? D:
  • edited August 2012
Hilarious! Because the 2 hour silence is very much what I did last time. Anyone else pissed that you paid the 25 upfront and now its hella cheaper? Is that a normal thing? Because I'm thinking in the future I will not pre-pay anything....
