My head wouldn't explode. Omid was a boring character to me, so I'd probably just...well, yawn. :o But I'd give the first episode a try regardless.

IT could work if Christa and the baby would die at the beggining of season 2. It could make Omid's character more interesting and dark.

As long as we don't have to cut Christa's stomach open like Carl and rip the baby out of her dead body, I'm fine.

Omid is an okay character, but not protagonist material. He's a good supporting character, along with Christa, which is how he should stay. I'm hoping for a new character. I'm sure Telltale can make him/her almost as great as Lee was. Lee was just too great for me to believe (at this moment) that another PC could be as great as he was.

After I finished episode 5 I couldn't even believe that Telltale can make new characters as good as ones from season 1, and yet after short DLC I already really like some of the new characters. Now I'm just happily waiting for season 2, because I'm sure they can make great protagonist again.

The suspense of waiting for season 2 is killing me, and that Kenny's fate is gonna be explored isn't helping, is he alive or dead or a walker or WORSE?! And I don't know so give me a f- that's a Ben quote, sorry Ben :p

Good, you got me worried for a while

it is only not very different in mass effect because 1) it is set in the future and there are aliens, so social things are going to be different 2) the game is made to be played as both male and female so to actually make the game different would basically be like making two games.

what i would do in a situation is what a man would do, just ignoring the fact that i am playing a woman would just cause social faux pas, i didn't say i would feel restricted or it would be a detriment to the game to play as a female character, you are just intentionally twisting what i am saying.
The time period isn't the point. I just don't see what societal taboo people would be afraid of committing that's exclusive to naturally playing a female PC.

What you think is right to do or say in a situation is personally subjective. In the end there will be both men and women who agree and disagree with your actions.

I was fairly indifferent to Omid and Christa at first, but thought they came into their own in episode 5. Like them as support, but not sure if I picture either as leads.

    I don't want a repeat of that.

Although, if both have to cark it, I'd want something a little more subtle, but no less tragic. I have my ideas. I like Christa, I don't want her to go out like that, but it's quite possible.

All I know is if we see a shambling Zombie Clem in season 2 Telltale best prepare for the Sh*t storm of rage they will feel by a good chunk of people here.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ! I don't think Telltale would give us the middle finger by killing off Clem off screen and showing her as a walker . Walking Dead or not , that would be the ultimate bad writing and this would mean that season 1 was a waste of time .

I wouldn't mind seeing Walker Clem.

    It'd be freaking lame.

Besides, seen her as DreamWalker Clem already.

No, I'm actually being serious for once.

REally Ben? She stood up to you in crawford and you want to see her as a walker?
  • edited August 2013
Yes, I am. If it weren't for her and that stupid walkie-talkie, so many things could've been avoided. Either that or they should leave her story alone for a while.

Ben ! Don't make me summon the spirits of Doug/Carley , Duck , Katjaa , Chuck and Brie and have them haunt you for eternity !
  • edited August 2013
    Same.

You already saw Walker Clem in Lee's dream so your wish is denied !
  • edited August 2013
Their deaths aren't on my hands.

Doug/Carley were killed by Lilly. Carley should've known not to make Lilly even more pissed off than she already was. Doug has an exception; he chose to sacrifice himself.
Duck's death is entirely Katjaa's fault. When Clementine goes to hug Lee, you can clearly see that Katjaa and Duck are not moving at all. If Katjaa actually started moving instead of "dragging her feet" like Larry would say, Duck and Katjaa wouldn't be dead. Katjaa chose to end her own life. Chuck chose to sacrifice himself. He could've killed the walker and came with us. It's partly's Kenny's fault too, and everyone elses for not helping him kill the walkers, but he wanted the group to leave him. Brie was standing in front of a door that had a glass window on it that walkers were pounding on. She would've been fine if she wasn't standing in front of harm's way.

You saved Clem's life! Thanks man

Wouldn't mind seeing it for real.

If that's the case than might as well show Kenny , Lilly , Molly , Omid , Christa and their baby as walkers and being Roman's new watch dogs ! Would you like to see that aswell ?

    Nah, just Clem.

Yeah, hopefully we can use her corpse as a punching bag.

Why do you have to make this into an argument? I'm just stating my opinion.

An off-topic opinion obviously designed to provoke.
    Thread tis lost to trolling.

    Maybe Omid a little.

I'm not trying to turn this into a argument . What I'm trying to say is that if Clem shows up as a walker than the survivors of season 1 should suffer by being walkers aswell .

    Ben.

Don't you think using a nine year old as a punching bag is a bit harsh?

Not after thinking about how she ruined the group on so many levels.

I used to LOVE Clem, just like many other players. The ending was emotional as hell, and I got so excited when I saw the after-credits scene! But the more I thought about the things she did and the danger she put the group in, my opinion of her changed.

A punching bag? Alive or walker?

Hmmm...I'll beat her to death alive and keep beating her while she's undead.

You know who you sound like Ben is this post, you sound like Campman, and that scares me.
