I adore Kenny (exception: one play-through in which I made some vastly different choices resulting in me wanted to burn off his magnificent 'stache he pissed me off so much).
However, I think Lilly is exceptionally well written, she managed to elicit such strong feelings of rage and utter bewilderment from me long after I dumped her arse on the side of the road. I don't know, I guess after a few playthroughs, learning more about her, her motivations, a begrudging respect developed?
I love Kenny. There are aspects of Lilly I like and/or get.
You might feel that way, but keep in mind a lot of other fans don't.
That's fine, but it's not really a good reason to bring a character back. A lot of people wanted them to bring Carley back too, despite the fact that she was obviously dead. Part of me kind of wanted to see her again too because she was such a likeable character. But that bias aside, I recognized that it would have been a horrible move that would have completely ruined the dramatic weight of the story up to that point. And Telltale absolutely did the right thing putting the issue to rest by showing her body in 400 Days.
Kenny's death is much the same situation. Fans think they want him to survive because they like him as a character. I personally don't understand why, but that's not the point. They do. But if Telltale were to actually bring him back, it would ruin the story and cheapen the character that they love so much. There's simply no way that Kenny could have survived Episode 5 that wouldn't be a huge cop-out.
Sometimes you have to know when to ignore the fans and do what's right for the story.
I love Kenny to bits, but I wouldn't say I hate Lilly. Looking back on it, even though she shot Doug / Carley, I can't feel anything but sadness over the whole situation. I mean, she had lost a lot, and her sanity had clearly taken a hit because of it. We may not have agreed, and I certainly don't regret leaving her on the side of the road, but I don't hate her. Probably wouldn't want her back in Season 2 though (but I wouldn't throw a fit if she was.)
The news about Kenny's fate makes me both nervous and excited (nervicited?) though. On the one hand, it could mean we see Kenny alive, but on the other, and knowing Telltale, a big part of me is terrified of seeing a zombie Kenny. I'd much rather never see him again then have to see that. I didn't cry during the game's ending (though I did come close,) but I think that might just do me in.
My own half-hope is actually that season 2 starts off with Kenny escaping whichever situation he was in (Christa or Ben) - with us playing him. We somehow get away, or are saved (perhaps by the second person on the hill, with Kenny being one of them?) and then we play Season 2 as Kenny. If they use a Season 1 character as the PC, Kenny is the obvious choice. We know he's capable of the 'bad' choices (as most of them in Season 1 were siding with Kenny anyway) but also that he isn't a bad man, so he has the potential for good too, depending on how you played him. (And I'll be honest - I wouldn't mind seeing the Kenny haters reaction to him being the PC, either. :P)
I would pray to god and hope that Kenny is alive and not a walker, it would hurt even more then seeing Carley dead, me, his number one bro, having to put down my best friend, it would suck and I already feel sad just thinking about it, TELLTALE please don't make a walker Kenny, please.

Yeah, pretty much my thoughts. If Kenny is a walker I will cry. But considering what they did with Doug and Carley, I am not going to get my hopes up. (Not to say what they did was a bad choice - just horribly sad.)

Kenny is dead. His story is perfectly told, there's no need to drag it any longer. Especially when there are more than a dozen of new characters from 400 days to develop.
And you did not say you made Clem eat meat and not care, you really are Lilly and Nate and Crawford and Woodbury, I am sorry but you really need to get a heart and care about something nice, not evil bitchs like Lilly.
Not to rub it in or anything but I even let Clem eat Marc for dinner at the St.John's that is how I feel about kids! (and clem)
I feel like you might just be saying these things because you think they make you seem cooler, to be honest. Even I don't like kids, but that's not really justification for ... feeding them human meat? Uh...
I don't like kids and I liked Clementine - because she wasn't really much of a child, not after episode 2 at least. She matured a lot and was, in the end, a very significant asset to the group (not that that was what determined her worth - Clem always was the 'moral compass' and I loved her for her strength of character.)
You say I say these things to be "cool" but I do not I don't celebrate Halloween by giving out candy because I don't like kids and I don't care about kids I am not trolling I am not trying to be cool I'm not trying to be funny I say these things because it is real its dam real!

Lilly has man shoulders
Plus her dad is a major cock-block
But the man shoulders...
Man shoulders...
The shoulders of a man.
She's taking those Jillian Michaels 5 minute Work-out videos to seriously...

There are no absolutes for me. DILEMMA!
See ya gotta love Lilly!

If it helps, I hate Kenny and Lilly.
You would have to go through me first! and screw Clem and ken just bring Lilly back with Nate!.
But it would be 2v1 so at least 1 of us would live! This war would go down to the last man!

Far Cry 3 reference?

Ikr!! So many people have seen it, why doesn't TellTale just officially confirm it?
