So my character is Silver Bullet, the game itself is pretty generic.. you never really feel like the world is alive or the cities are all that populated... almost everything seems broken.... even the chat sometimes censors needlessly like the word cool..... which is lame if you have ice powers and want to spout out some cheesy Arny style oneliners. Obviously it is just in Beta so some things are expected to be broken but not as much as there is so close to launch. My quest list is littered with missions I can not clear out because there are bugs... I couldn't add friends to a friend list... The art style is sort of hit and miss as well.... How you can have Jim Lee on staff and still create boring looking characters is beyond me but they managed to do it....
Now this all sounds nitpicky but If I am going to pay $15 a month to play I want something special.... I do not hate the game... I just do not particularly think its worth $15 a month... I was glad to have played the BETA because I pre-ordered... but I am really glad I only paid $5 on my pre-order because I will not be buying the whole game..
When the game goes live the Silver Bullet will be retiring from his short lived stint as a crime fighter in black and silver long underwear.
I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons and Boardgames. It's a game where you play a board game, any board game or card game, but you have to narrate what you're doing.
I've played Pokemon card games, Monopoly, Game Of Life, etc. while narrating it like a GM.
Well, I managed to beat the Vanitas Remnant and Unknown as all three characters, so I'm absolutely done with Birth by Sleep for now. I've already got Metroid: Other M, and I should be getting Rock Band 3 and The Beatles: Rock Band in the mail soon, but I can't open those until Christmas. I'm also hoping to get Epic Mickey for Christmas, and I'm also getting a preorder on Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded that'll arrive in January, so...
Basically, what I'm saying is that I need to get my ass busy on Kingdom Hearts because I'm going to find myself incredibly busy in just under three weeks.
Oh, and I have to find a day to do the Endless Setlist 2 in Rock Band 2 before Christmas.
(I really make it no secret that the only thing that makes Minecraft interesting to me is the stuff made in it by people with way too much time on their hands)
Last level of Bad Company 1 then to start BadCompany 2 and hopefully finish it up to play Vietnam before break, story mode and arcade mode of BlazBlue a long with lots of practice (hoping to level up online to above 40 by end of winter break), Knights in the Nightmare, Uncharted 1, Cross Edge, and Brutal Legend online. Yeah, it's Winterbreak time.
Trying to return to Mass Effect, which I ignored for a bit after being burnt out on the Rachni mission, terrible team AI, and Mako side stuff.
The Drag-On Age...kidding. I luvs it, but I was annoyed by how easy it was to completely miss out on 2 early party members (leaving me rogue-less for the rest of my playthrough, since Zevran was too much of a creep to want in my party), the sometimes stilted party AI (made a bit more annoying since the tactics aren't perfect and weren't explained that well in tutorials), the failure to really communicate how hard Brecilian Wilds/Ruins is if heading there after Lothering, and Orzammar all together (minus Oghren).
Hmmm, lets see. Now that I'm on Winter Break for a month I have the time to play games. So far, I seem to be packed with:
-Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (I'm just a few puzzles short of finally beating the game!)
-Sam and Max Beyond Time and Space (Currently on Episode 4)
-Epic Mickey (Just got it, holy cow it's amazing)
-Re-playing ToMI with my sis (I'm more of a hint system for her, I'm letting her play it; she's currently on Ep. 3)
-Portal (I honestly need to finish the darn game)
Baldur's Gate (PC). Well I will be once I've installed a few things to make it easier to play on a modern computer.
I've also have been putting a fair bit of time into Lord of the Rings Online, as it's free play option is perfect for someone like me who can't afford a monthly subscription and probably wouldn't play it enough to justify the cost anyway.
No problems in actually running it, I just wanted to be able to change the resolution and found a good thread on GOG that detailed a way to make it run on the Baldur's Gate 2 engine as well as changing the resolution to a widescreen one and a few other fixes.

Either you repeated it 10 times continuously, or you are a liar. Either way you come across as some kind of maniac bastard
You guys write the date arse over foot, you think anyone's gonna trust your spellings as well?
I hate you so much.
Who says I didn't? Because I did. Look, I'm fairly certain we all know I'm a maniac bastard anyway.
And he's dancin' like he's never danced before!
But he can't actually danc-
Oh I see what you did there.
Pics or it didn't happen!
I already do, especially since I didn't take pics.
On another forum I read someone posted that the NDA was lifted, and they've been talking about the Beta.
And it only took me like 30 losses to beat him. My game clock went up a solid two hours from the attempt.

Yep you are right ironically it was lifted today.

Vanitas Remnant as Ventus: 1 Try, 10 Minutes
Yeah, I get that I learned a lot when I did it as Terra, but I was still getting my ass handed to me on the basis of luck. What the hell?
I played champions on a free trial ... DCU reminds me alot of that actually .... but DCU is a lot prettier.

*Shakes Fist at fable III* Epic mickey, was awesome, bloodstone was cool...and need for speed I have no care for.
Finally finishing up ToMI--on the final episode.
Trying to return to Mass Effect, which I ignored for a bit after being burnt out on the Rachni mission, terrible team AI, and Mako side stuff.

...Yeah, looking kinda busy for the next month.

Awesome game. It works fine on my Windows 7 PC, what problems do you have?
