I think I got some songs to share (I'm not really a fan of rap/hip-hop).

Dre and Em are great, even if Dre never wrote most of his big hits.
This might be sacrilege, but I don't like Ice Cube. He is (or at least was) a racist douche and a fake. That particular song is very good though.
He also made numerous anti-Semitic statements and is a former member of the Nation of Islam. NOI is a black separatist religion and is considered a hate group by independent watchdog agencies. Maybe he's changed his ways, but I've seen no evidence of that.
Cause I'm not familiar with Joey Bada$$ or Yelawolf although I've heard good things about both (especially Yelawolf) but I don't recognize their voices unfortunately.
But if I had to choose, I'd say whoever was the fourth appearance (the one with the Tupac reference). Also, that beat is niiiiice. And although I'm no fan of Asap, this track was a definite banger.
This is a legendary posse cut from A$AP Rocky's first album. It basically features all the big 'semi-mainstream" rappers in the game right now.

Who had the best verse?
Not bad not bad. Can't say I love the inclusion of the banjo but her flow is quite strong and her singing the bridge works better than most rappers that try to add that into their music.
Oh nah Boondox isn't country rap. He was just praising their (moonshine bandits) music video. I believe he's friends with the singers in the band or something.
Anyways here is Sarah Ross:

Personally I wasn't too big on Knock Madness, for all the hype he put into it, I just found it was him complaining about the state of rap and how too many women broke his heart. I know KM was more of a Marcus album with Hopsin sprinkled in, but then some of his banger tracks are some of the most badass out his whole discography (case in point: Nollie Tre Flip, Hip Hop Sinister, Rip Your Heart Out, Hop Is Back) just too bad there was so much downside throughout the album. But I do love when he is just being his wild persona and am looking forward to the fire he'll no doubt spit in his upcoming album.
Yeah it is. No. 4 is Yelawolf. He makes some good country rap (sort of like Big KRIT). I think he's signed to Eminem's label.
ASAP Rocky has his good tracks and bad tracks, but the guy definitely knows how to get the most out of his collaborators. The real talent of the group is ASAP Nast. I hope he gets a full album soon.
EDIT : This is one of my favorite Yelawolf songs. @JamesDalton1995 this is something you'll probably like.
Is it in order by appearance?

Nicki was pretty good, but unfortunately she rode the Cash Money Gravy Train into oblivion.
Ye is one of the best producers of our time. … more Not the best lyricist though. He's pretty good when he's rapping about his own psychosis.
Why do you hate Rick Ross so much? He's very "meh" in my opinion.
Not sure about Chuck D, but Nas' beef with Jay-Z was much more personal and ugly than that. They were fighting for "king of NY" after Biggie died. Both of released diss tracks that almost ended the other's career. By all accounts, it was the Stalingrad of rap beef.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=FAnGnevKxJE
Now that's classic Jay...and over a Kanye beat, no less! Nas and Mobb Deep probably needed a trip to the burn ward after this one.
Today's album is 'Son of Yvonne' a collaboration between Masta Ace (from the Juice Crew) and MF Doom. It's a beautifully mellow and nostalg… moreic album in which Masta Ace hops on some classic DOOM beats and raps about memories from his childhood and his rise to (relative) fame. It's just a great, very chill album and one that I'd heartily recommend to anyone, especially those who are turned off by the gangsta-isms of mainstream rap.

I mean, damn! The guy is rapping about his mommy. He's definitely over trying to convince people he's cool. Beautiful song and album: 9/10
Yonkers was fire, I know Tyler has a polarizing following mostly because he's a rapper that doesn't exactly love the genre but damn does he have some genius production and damn good lyrics when he really wants to.
Plus, Odd Future has some truly amazing rappers in their collaboration.
Today's selection is about crack cocaine: selling it (Pusha T) and growing up around it (Kendrick Lamar). The production is dark and raw, befitting the subject matter. An excellent track that should've charted better than it did.
Hopsin's newest video reminds me of his old shit.

Really? I mean, I won't disagree that he does complain about dumb shit a bit too much and on Knock Madness especially it got extremely repetitive. But the guy is a lyrical beast when he's asserting his Hopsin persona and not bitching about women breaking his heart.
I'm not exactly a fan of YG, but damn this track was hard and grimy as all fuck.

Dude sounds super faded.
So I've been really getting into Twiztid's music more often and I've really been digging their newest album. It seems I'm more into the Horrorcore genre of hip hop than anything else. I just really like the sound twiztid uses in the background of their songs.

I really don't know how to feel about Nas. On one hand, his first couple LP's were some of the most influential hip-hop albums of all time. On the other hand, Nas is known to be quite an assface and rumors have been circulating for years that he uses ghostwriters, something of a dirty term in the hip-hop world.
This funky-ass Nas track is criminally under appreciated!
It's so East Coast that the second verse even has a funky drummer beat-break for breakdancing!
https://youtube.com/watch?v=cS_bDnxCnkc
For curiosity's sake, what are some examples of Nas being a jerk?
Unfortunately. Ghostwriting is a sad fact of life in today's hip-hop. Most mainstream rappers have teams of five or more writing their songs. Nas is a middle aged man. Can't really spite him for wanting to phone it in so he can spend time with his family and shit.

fair points. Though, hoestly, that stuff doesn't really bother me. If I only listened to humble, mature rappers, my catalogue would be very small indeed. If they rap good, I'll listen to it, and Nas is one of the best of all time.
That's also why I like artists like Kanye West. His production work is tight and he is raps aren't bad either. So what if he's an arrogant prick?

Believe me, I'm the last one who cares. Just something that always irks me about an artist on a personal level. But, I'll tell you that I do enjoy such acts like GG Allin (whose easily ten times worse).
I like this fuckers' music (strangely enough). But his character is violent, charmless, egomaniacal, and offensive on all levels. I just find that him as a person is too interesting to not at least somewhat be interested by it. He's the most extreme example of what I'm saying when I describe that just cause someone's music can be great, you don't have to like them as a person or agree with their characteristics.

If you see what I'm saying...
I don't think Ol' Dirty ever tried to rape concert goers in an attempt to get people to fight him, or mutilated himself live on stage, or try to kill himself on stage. And we haven't even gotten to some of his fetishes... Yuck.
G.G. Allin was a truly despicable human, but his anger and rage crafted some extremely intense music that you'd be very hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
Though he did have a habit of finding couples and distracting the guy (introducing him to the clan or something) so he could take his girl somewhere quiet and do her without a condoms.
And there was that time he broke out of a treatment center and spent a month on the lam.
Oh and I think he had a few people killed and probably shot a few himself. The FBI seems pretty sure, at least.
You may want to take that back.

I'd say a lot of artists I like and admire have at least that one fucking song I can't stand. It's the whole predictability of odds, eventually their going to slip up and make a track that is quite boring or just balls.
You mentioning Mac Miller reminded me of this boring and just utterly filler track with him as a featured artist. Yet oddly enough, I find him to be the most tolerable part of this song if not for the reason it's just bad enough to be slightly entertaining.
Man, it sucks when an artist that you really like makes an embarrassingly bad song. Anyone else ever get that feeling?
https://youtube.c… moreom/watch?v=PkwvKMLDi7A
Mac Miller does the hook and is a convenient scapegoat, so I'm going to blame him for this. :P

I actually thought his part was pretty good on this one.
What really bothers me about Hunnid Stax is that it was The big single off his newest album and was clearly intended to be a sellout club banger...at which it failed miserably. It's not catchy, the hook sucks and Soulo seems really uncomfortable rapping about money and bitches. It didn't even chart that well, so hopefully he learns his lesson and goes back to the more expire mental stuff he was doing before.
Leave the hedonistic 'drugs, bitches and money' raps to ScHoolboy Q. At least he doesn't put my ass to sleep.

SR3 expose me to that song too, as well as Yonkers by Tyler the Creator.
