Nah man. That's a great tech track, but I'm talking mano a mano, real life cypher here.
Master Of cyphers, my raps are hyper
Shootin … moreholes through your ego like I'm a @Blind_Sniper
Committed to the game, I'm a lifer without parole.
Mainstream genocide is the ultimate goal.
I'm sorry but I can't fuck with Insane Clown Posse like I could with something like The Amazing Jeckel Brothers or The Ringmaster. The production seems so stale and lifeless.
"Is that a world tour or your girl's (Nicki Minaj) tour? / I know you gotta be a thug for her / this ain't what she meant when she said you should open up more."
And
"Trigger fingers turned to Twitter fingers / You're gettin bodied by a singin' nigga."
Wow, Meek Mill lost his gangsta...to Drake, of all people. This is a surprisingly scathing diss track from the likes of him.

Yeah, and Drake is usually the guy who pussyfoots around with little subliminal disses peppered through his songs. He just went full Biggie 'Kick In The Door' on this one. He never calls Meek by name, but it's pretty obvious who he's talking about.
I wouldn't consider myself a Drake fan (I'm not a teenaged girl after all), but a few of his tracks really surprised me in a good way. Trophies and 0-100 we're surprisingly solid brag raps, and Take Care is actually a really deep, interesting song about a dying relationship.
Damn, Drake went in on Weak Mill.
Although Drake still mostly sucks, he's definitely the most talented rapper that was apart of Cash Money. And certainly a better MC than Meek Mill.
Boom! I'm bringing this thread back for anyone that cares. Been listening to more rap lately and I thought I'd share some and I wanted to revive this so I could experience and hear some more songs you guys like.
Really love this song. Young Wicked is definitely the best rapper still on the psychopathic label:
Man, this song... Definitely in my top 5 favorite Kendrick songs. He delivers a powerful 'wham!' line at the end, much like he did in The Blacker The Berry.

Amnesia is one of his best songs, and it's supposedly Blu's answer to 'I used to love H.E.R' by Common. In particular, the Billie Holiday sample really gives it a kind of melancholy, nostalgic vibe that just fits the lyrics so well.

Crucifix freaking rules and Bukshot is awesome as always

I thought Crucifix was the name of a crust punk band from the UK, I had no ideal there is also a rapper with the same name...
Damn fine Horrorcore shit though... reminds me of KidCrusher.

Not the greatest, but I enjoy listening to him while I'm playing Hotline Miami or some hyper violent shit.
Killa Sin on point as always. The beat is very minimalist, but it really works as part of a movie score.

But I'll challenge your cypher.

I had always thought a cypher could, in theory, pertain to collabs as well.
Well, good track nonetheless.

OutKast AND Killer Mike?
I love you.

This song is SIMPLY FUCKING AWESOME! I have no words...

BigBlindMax, you've done it again! Great choice, and amazing production too.
Yeah, impeccable production on this one. It also makes me want to peep Fashawn and Rapsody, whom I never heard before.

not a huge fan of the sing-rapping at the beginning, but the second half is fiyah!

wtf...............
You know, black guy, dancing, swearing, it must be rap, I think.
For me, that isn't just one of his best songs, but one of the greatest songs of all time. Top post.

Run The Jewels - Oh My Darling (Don't Cry)
Joey Bada$$ - Christ Conscious
Kendrick Lamar - Look Out For Detox
Oh My Darking Don't Cry is my shit, man. Song is so incredibly intense.
Killer Mike especially, is one of my favorite rappers right now.
Hip hop heads should give Blu a listen. He's a bit subdued , but to me he's one of the most gifted poets in the game
