That's kinda more a GoT thing, also it's with the show as well since the Stark children never get to meet each other either. I wouldn't really give that to TFTBL though since you see Fiona and Rhys interact a lot in the first episode.

Episode 2 is not coming out by this Monday. The tweet was just ambiguously phrased. They are going to talk about Episode 2 at a Gearbox Panel on Sunday, that is all.

You're right but how can they do that in GoT when our characters are all in different parts of the Seven Kingdoms (and Essos)?
