Honestly I was kind of upset by the way they were handling Pyrrha in the show. While I love Jaune to bits, they completely wasted her character on his development which barely went anywhere by Season 3 other than a few noticable differences in his personality (that came out of nowhere might I add).
If she had gotten more development and more screentime for her training Jaune, giving them both better development, as opposed to showing Weiss and Ruby's melodrama, Zwei's antics, Jaune hitting on Weiss throughout the prom arc and whatever the fuck Oobleck's field trip was, then I think I would have cared a lot more when Pyrrha died.
Penny's death hit me a lot harder though because I hardcore shipped Nuts and Dolts and she had a lot ahead of her. Luckily, Penny's a robot so they can possibly replace her in a new body (if Ironwood cares to), and as for Pyrrha and the anti-Pyrrha death theories, I am a strong believer that Pyrrha's not dead, and before you say that the writers confirmed it, some of the people working on the Walking Dead said a lot of bullshit to keep up the illusion that Glenn died in Head's Up, and we all see how that turned out. I'd give an even better example, but I'm not sure who all here has seen the newest season of Game of Thrones.

As far as we know at least. There's pretty solid evidence proving otherwise. We don't know how death works in this series, and considering we saw two humans die before Pyrrha whose bodies remained there and Pyrrha just vanished is awfully suspicious. Or maybe how Ozpin is missing too and has now been sent to where Salem is? Who's to say that Cinder didn't use the same tactic on both of them?
More importantly, a lot of the showrunners are avoiding the term "Dead". They've only said "Her journey is over" or "Pyrrha's goodbye". They never directly say that she's deceased. None of them have. And they probably haven't gotten a chance to do so considering all of the controversy that popped up right after the end of Volume 3.
Pyrrha actually was getting energy from the Fall Maiden, which is the main reason Jaune turned around in concern because the process was hurting her and she received energy. Perhaps Cinder wanted what's left of the energy and warped her somewhere else to get what she wanted. And even more so, we know very well that Cinder's arrows don't have disintegrating power as she's used it on many people without such a thing happening.
And what furthers the theory that Cinder is keeping her alive is that she didn't kill Ruby in Volume 2. With her power at that time, she could have wasted her within mere seconds, but chose to keep it a fight until whoever showed up did. She very easily could have killed Ruby, but must have kept her alive for a reason. She could be gathering Beacon's strongest warriors to create an army out of them by corruption. Salem looks like the queen of evil, I'm sure she could handle that.
The double P. Penny and Pyrrha. Pennys enthusiasm was great, so gunna miss her popping up this volume.
In magic universes I always think it's possible for characters to not be dead, but for now she is
First 6 episodes are slow. Don't expect anything crazy, it's just a world and characters build-up. It's an awesome anime, and if you see its reviews and scores, you'll see how much popular it is.
Just don't drop it, seriously, it is worth it. Psy El Congroo.
Just watched Steins;Gate episode 1 & 2. It's interesting so far. The main character is quite, well... eccentric mad scientist guy. Remains to be seen if I will carry on, only a few more episodes and I'll know
Anyone watched it? Opinions?

Reminds me of this one time in math class when the teacher stood up in class when this 4 foot white girl sounded ghetto in class. He said. "A 4 foot white girl shouldn't be talking like that." Sarcastically of course. Her reply was classic and timeless, and I will never forget it. "I'm not 4 foot, I'm 4 foot 7!" I dunno why anyone would not say they had great times in high school. She was fracking adorable.
Song is freaken horrible though. Beat is basic/boring. lol
Loved the "Pre" color render just before you colorized it on PC. You need to invest in some professional artist pens. I knew someone who by the time he got out of high school had what could be a professional art book of random colorized comic book quality art work, and when I mean quality I mean wowzer quality. He was actually doing comic book work already before he got out of high school. He was a huge fan of drawing armored knights, and even mech warrior stuff. He even had a Zaku II from Mobile Suit Gundam, yet had no idea what it was, he saw a imagine on the internet and thought it looked cool and drew it from memory. lol
Why I mention artist pens, is because he had this large box of them on a sling with him at all times, when he wasn't doing school work he was drawing. Sadly now days people use artist style touch pads on computers now days sadly.
I bloody well enjoyed Elfen Lied. Was awesome and happy but fucking sad, but it still made me happy, wot
Excuse me but you dropped ur leg miss
Lucy and Kouta pain was unbelivable, Lucy doing everything just to come and apologize to him, he cant forgive her, but can't let her go. The end kiss somehow felt right for the characters, fair enough thier pairing is fucked cos of history, but I think they both loved those days and never forget them.
Plus this hug made me cry. "REAL MEN CRY" - Elfman AND WOT!?!
9/10 I'd say And some fucking awesome action scenes, love a brutal anime XD
hey @thedreamcatcher moving the convo here seems more appropriate
Nothing wrong with subs though, I love japanese language just wish I could learn it but it seems impossible. I'm yet to find a dub I don't like yet though
I've watched it a while ago, It was good. I also recommend reading the manga, in my opinion, it is even better than the anime. Also, dem feels were too strong. ;-;

Started watching SAO so I could form my own opinion on it. Don't want to jump on any bandwagons without actually watching it. The first few episodes are pretty good and make me want to watch more.
People say be prepared to be blown away every time a Makoto Shinkai film is about to be released. Only to almost forget the film existed a few years later as people stop talking about them. Anime fans seem to have a very short memory. I could easily brutally review a few of his films to be honest, definitely his first real film, and it's follow up which feels more like minisodes instead of a movie, despite how much I loved most of his films. Personally his Ghibli rip off film was his first Truly good movie that could be called a movie. Rip off is harsh, lets say homage film, he was called the next Miyazaki and kind of proved it in a way. But I've noticed a trend in his films, they're all sad stories. Which is making the formula kind of stale.
If you want to watch a movie only to be absolutely blown away then go watch Kimi no Na wa on KissAnime. The leak's worth a watch.

Watched it, loved it. But that was my only time I'm watching it though. My stomach started to turn in certain scenes for some reason. The manga's a lot more disturbing, especially that one part. I can't say cuz spoilers but... it petrified me for a whole day of school. .____.

On my trip to London (Canada) I had a shopping day. Turns out, nearly everything except a pair of socks and MGR Revengeance was anime/cartoon related. I would've gotten more games but a store that had many old games was closed down. ;-; But I did get plenty of stuff I liked. : 3
Manga
-Bleach 3-in-1 Volume 22 to 24 (Grimmjow's unwarranted invasion in human world)
-Dragon Ball 3-in1 Volume 28 to 30 (Appearance of #16, 17, 18, and Cell)
-Naruto Volume 71 (Kaguya Arc)
Unexpectedly I found the novels of Naruto that were published, taking place after chapter 699 and before 700.
-Naruto: Shikamaru's Story
-Naruto: Kakashi's Story
As for DVDs I got:

What are your guy's thoughts on Re: Zero? After this recent episode I can honestly say it's in my top 5 favorite anime of all time.
I love it to bits, the 2nd opening is up there with best anime openings of all time for me. Rem is best girl. I am eagerly awaiting the last episodes.
What's it about? How many episodes?
Absolutely amazing. Great OPs, characters, story. I don't know why but even thought is is so great, it still isn't one of my favourites.

It's freaking awesome, although most people say the first few episodes are slow (I didn't think so but different strokes for different folks).
Midori Days. What. The. Actual. Fuck. Just saw episode 1 on youtube, like what is this. Right hand girlfriend thingy, eh???
It's a metaphor for masturbation.
I know its still fucking strange yet hilarious
got 4 episodes into Elfen Lied last night, pretty fucking awesome haha
Practically the only anime I've heard of right now is the fucking Yuno Gasai Anime series Future Diary.
Aye! Natsu Dragneel
Pretty good series, I'm glad it wasn't just a generic Groundhog Day story. 7/10 so far

Excell saga dub will make your ears bleed. I always choose sub it feels more authentic sometimes the tone is lost in a dub
I'm curious now.... XD / Yeah I know what you mean, some just feel better in sub. But I tend to watch most in dub.
Just gotta find the right cast, still alot of awesome voice actors out there to fit the bill

Not really sure how to do shading or what to use. It's alright I guess but I don't wanna fuck it up.
Any tips on what to do? I was thinking just use my thick pen to used for the shading at parts and just leave the rest

Kirito-Kun + Sandwich-Kun = OTP. haha
What animes do you mainly watch? You tend to criticize alot when I see people comment on here. What are your main shows?
3 episodes into Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic (2012) It's alright so far, pretty cool take on Aladdin and the Genie thing.
