Stand Alone Complex. I think the two series are mostly independent of each other, but I still recommend starting off with 1st Gig. They're both amazing though.
If you like Ghost in the Shell, I also highly recommend Psycho-pass.
Been hearing a lot of good things in Dragon Ball Super lately. And it's been long time since I watched it last, so perhaps I'll start watching some episodes again. The current arc sounds great!
PS: I only stopped cuz I had a lot of things to watch/play as well when I'm chilling lol
Gundam 0080: ED Distant Memory (1989) oh... this song makes me cry sometimes, flash backs of the show itself.
Gundam 0083: ED 1 Magic (1991) If you want something so not anime like this song really kind of sticks out. I'm still surprised they made it for this OVA.
I honestly can not think of any other ending credits that really stick out for me. ... nvm.. one i just remember which is making me cry with excitement. lol
Oh.. this will torture someone for a long time.
Pumpkin Scissors: ED 2 Pumpkin Ondo (2006) All this effort for a ED credits for one episode, then it went back to normal. lol
So, I must admit, I shamelessly binge watched DB Super from Episode 30 to 52 all day yesterday and just... Wow. I really liked the tournament due to some of the fights and it's story telling. The shorter stories after the tournament were good and often times hilarious. And I finally am starting the Goku Black saga and damn, shit gotten darker. It's easily becoming my favourite arc next to the tournament. I love how they handled the character development for characters such as Vegeta and Trunks, I love their characters even more.
There were a plenty of touching moments for me, most notable ones that come to mind; Vegeta helping Universe 6's Cabba to become a strong Saiyan (this was long overdue, made him live up to his title), Goku's interactions with baby Pan was just cute, Trunks's entire visit to Gohan (that guy lost so much and is just so traumatized now, can't get a break).
And then you have downright grand moments such as Goku's SSB-Kaioken which was so simplistic but damn awesome to see, his fight with Hit was awesome! Vegeta's fight against Magetta the robot dude, while not the usual combat way it definitely stood out in a tactical and environmental sense of combat. The Super Dragon was really something to see but damn was it over the top considering with how, realistically, the entire universe would be destroyed with a dragon of that size. And the wish was a bit, eh (I get it though). But still it was something to see. Lastly the introduction to Black Goku was well done, a bit chilling and damn was it a dark introduction to him.
I'm gonna see if I can catch up with the rest of the series up to the latest episode today. This current arc is damn good!
I watched the first episode it isn't bad for an introduction episode, though it badly parodies WWII almost to a letter but for name changes of nations and the fictional nation that story is going to be based in. Setting up to watch the 2nd episode later today. Basic concept I think it involves a Witch, the last Witch, helping a Princess Protect her country from an aggressor state. I'm going to assume anyways. Again, I've only seen the first episode. But I'm crying Yuri between the princess and the witch already, that is my prediction. lol
To be honest, glad to see the Junkers Ju87 In action in animated form. I'm a Junkers Ju87 nut. I know Stukalied almost by heart. Takes serious balls to fly a dive bomber, because well, you dive a plan straight toward the ground, something you shouldn't be doing in an airplane. lol
Have to thank Girls und Panzer. It made making anime with historical military arms COOL. Finally.... GuP was a Moe Gamble that magically became a huge success.
Unlike GuP and other anime like it, for example High School Fleet, which have spawn since GuP. This seems to be more serious so. lol
Interesting. Gundaminfo channel just released the first 3 OVA episodes to Gundam The Origin. I guess they're trying to hype up the up coming release of the final episode.
Only downside in this first episode is the humor is too intentionally "Old" school like 1970s anime humor. Kind of feels out of place today, but they really tried very hard to stay true to the original 1979 TV series for this OVA being it's a prequel to it.
Edit: sighs no Subs? lol To be honest, I normally prefer dubs but personally I found the subs better this time around.
Of what is running right now, Girlish Number is actually kind of great.
It's a show about a voice actress in the Anime Industry but it's actually an extremely cynical look at the anime industry, almost everybody are jerks, bitches or incompetent but it's really good, it feels like a very authentic look at the anime industry but from a very cynical perspective, basically similar to Shirobako (which I also recommend if you haven't watched, that one is about Anime producers) but where that show was very idealistic, optimistic and had good people as main characters, this is just cynical and isn't afraid of mocking bad business practices and divas.

Watch the Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood (64 episodes) I prefer this to the 2003 series. Due to it being closer to the manga.
FMA Brotherhood still it one of my favourites. The story, characters, setting, comedy, action. Some of the scenes in that give me such feels. I highly recommend

How's everyone, do you love animes.. of course you do then how about you Fate, yes you hear me clear and right, a new anime is about to come out in 2017 Fate/Grand Order which is an online RPG for iOS and Android the game revolves around the Holy Grails throughout history and what is referred to as "the greatest Holy Grail War". Fate/Grand Order will receive a TV Anime special titled Fate/Grand Order: First Order, the first episode is scheduled to air at the end of this year. More information will be revealed at an upcoming livestream event on December 6.
Detective Conan (because it isn't like one of those horrible Bleach or Naruto anime, and I can just randomly enjoy it when it was on TV as episodes were not linked in a grand story or story arch etc)
Cowboy Bebop (just the way they did the episodes, most of them have their own stories with unique characters that often rival even the main cast)
Girls und Panzer (I had to choose between 2 Gundam OVAs and this.... I chose this. Though they since added 2 OVA episodes and a Movie but original run was 12 episodes, I don't think there has been an anime I've had more fun with as a fan. Brings me back to those vintage WWII films I used to watch as a kid, with the style of music and light hearten humor. 70s ruined everything.)
Turn A Gundam (Sad most of the full length anime series I've seen are Gundam ones, but to be honest, favorite of them all, including none Gundam TV series, often not into lengthy TV series that are 50+ episodes so takes a lot of convincing to get me to start)
Gundam MSV-R: Johnny Ridden no Kikan (I don't read manga often, but out of the ones I have read the side story of Johnny Ridden really moved me to tears, but that isn't saying much)
N/A (I watch whatever, I don't care when it was released, I'm watching 1 anime from 2016 entirely)
Izetta The Last Witch (I guess I can also say Gundam Origin as well but... it's an OVA being released slowly, last episode comes out later this month)
Kill la Killa (Blew my bloody mind as I expected it to be complete rubbish. Really rings home, don't judge a book by it's cover)
To be honest, you should put 9 and 10 as well
What is your Favorite Movie
What is your Favorite OVA
I say OVA as some TV shows are as short as OVAs and some OVAs as are long as TV shows. OVA just means released to video rather than played on TV. Some OVAs can be as short as 1-6 episodes, or as long as 100+ if you're talking about say Legend of Galactic Heroes.

For me it's a hard choice. I honestly liked the story on the original more. Way too much talking, way too many characters, and way too conclusive of a conclusion on Brotherhood to be honest, it badly bogged it down around the end when they tried to close the book. The first had fewer characters by the end of the anime that mattered, and generally the story was less complicated which allowed them to focus more on presenting a reasonable and fluid conclusion, even if some fans didn't think it was conclusive enough.
I can argue that Hellsing Ultimate had some of the same problems when compared to it's earlier counter part.
If I had to choose which two version of FMA I had to keep for the rest of my life, I'd think I'd still choose the original. I really like how they dealt with how alchemist earned their powers on the first TV series more, ya sure even if it doesn't follow the manga, but I could care less as adaptations do not equal clones of their source material.

I actually just finished Kino's Journey and I have to tell you it's the best anime I've watched, even better than Oregairu and Danganronpa. I don't even know Allison & Lillia existed until now. Why would I hate it?
Kino fans berated it into extinction almost when it came out. Story was written by Keiichi Sigsawa, I think it was his very next project actually, though don't take that as truth. The same man who wrote the story for Kino's Journey. Though he didn't work on the anime adaptation, the entire story of the anime adaptation didn't really sway from the Manga, just they combined both Manga into a two season anime TV series. For fans expecting another Kino's Journey... well it wasn't another Kino's Journey but something focused around adventure. Allison & Lillia has often been referred to as a forgotten Gem of 2008. It's odd because you'd think an anime made by Madhouse Studio with a story originally written by Keiichi Sigsawa would of been a huge hit, but... Madhouse Studio has brought us anime like Trigun, One Punch Man etc etc.
Despite all these A quality people working on it fans of Kino often attacked the anime, and criticized it. It was literally left in the dust from just about every anime released in 2008 and almost forgotten by anime viewers as there was a lot of negative flak from Kino fans about it. So sad. But a number of people including more sensible reviewers, and anime fans kind of spread it around, and when the flak thinned it finally got a breather to spread around the internet as a loved show by most who actually took the time to watch it. It reminded me personally of all those adventure cartoons I grew up with as a child. Was beautiful enough at times to make me cry, not out of sadness, but joy. When it was released on Rightstuff.com, I bought it in a heart beat, I don't think I was ever more excited for an anime DVD release.
Basically in short, anime fans can be "Di**s" when something doesn't come out like they expected it to. Same thing happened with Gundam Seed. Old School fans (which I'm a Old School Gundam fan) berated it so badly, so badly I avoided it for years, then eventually watched it, and despite how negative I was toward it, I found myself eventually enjoy it once I got past it's overly feminine approach to character design/colors, something unusual for a Gundam anime. Now I often defend it, though still accept it's flaws, but no longer go around calling it crap.

Curious, anyone at all read Fairy Tail manga? 511 just came out, 512 in a few days most likely. It's all getting interesting atm. Not sure what the resolve will be yet - if there will be one.
i see what u mean i just finished it. the side characters had promise but dont get a chance to shine. i admit i really like the character angel thro, at first you dont like her but then you get to know her then wow, you feel sorry for her. also the feeeelllss.....get aboard of the feels train.
i love that series. so is this a new anime season? or is this just a new game based on the anime/manga. the links don't say. if you know that this will be a anime season please tell me. thanks

Good pick.
Personally, my favourite above all others is Billy in Despair: the second outro theme to Death Note.
Gundam 0080: ED Distant Memory (1989) oh... this song makes me cry sometimes, flash backs of the show itself.

Yes mate! Love this. When the credits end I'm always like "NO I WANT MORE!"
I knew people would make these videos when this anime came out. lol Saw it a mile away. Surprised there are no spoilers in either of these.
They've made a FMA live action...
I've seen so many clips of this. Worth watching? I usually wait so I can watch alot of episodes in bulk

i am currently watching angel beats
Dragon Ball Z
Fullmetal Alchemist.
Cory in the House's first arc.
RWBY
School Love Net Issue 10 (please don't look that up it's joke)
Paint dry.
Dragon Ball Super. Didn't think I'd like it but I was pleasantly proved wrong.
Either One Piece or Detective Conan
I've never rewatched, reread or replayed anything before so I dunno.
Mob Psycho 100 (the character development is so good in that show)
Both of the Fullmetal Alchemist's were great.
Don't read any
Mob Psycho 100
Nothing, I only watch something when I either find it interesting or I see a lot of people recommending it.
Don't think I have one of those, I don't have a preference when it comes to things, I just watch the recommendations.
Doesn't matter what one anyone prefers. POOR NINA
Wonderful anime. But the characterisation of side characters is awful imo and the specials are wasted oppurtunity.
