The Offspring released a new album a month or so ago, and I recently got a copy of it. One of the things I noticed is that they have a new version of "Gone Away," with a completely different feel from the song with the same name they released 24 years ago. They would not be the first band to do something like this, but this is more interesting to me than the other examples I can think of.

And the version from 1997:
Damn it! Bo's new special is just sooo chockful of bopping tunes. I thought I could wait, but I can't.
I really hope this one gets released as an album since I've already resorted to listening to fan-rips on YT.
currently this is my favourite. I highly encourage you to watch the whole thing on netflix
lyrics kinda explicit by the way
Edit: Netflix has been (understandably) axing any and every rip on youtube. Little remains.
This one still does though, and it's great.
Universal is going to release an extended edition of the Scott Pilgrim soundtrack this July. It'll feature unreleased song demos, plus this legendary ditty
(oh yeah, and they released this ditty early. woop! woop!)
So I thought I'd share Diamante's "American Dream" song to celebrate the 4th of July. Except the video is kinda about mobster action, which is not the traditional way of celebrating. Oh well.
Hooray! Just a heads up, you and the rest of the Forums would want to brace yourselves for the tunes I'll be sharing from my SoundCloud, because these are some serious party tunes I'll be sharing
