It's actually very easy to miss some choice cash drops cuz of a shitty camera angle. I missed the loot crate by the World of Curiosities ven… moret because of this the first time, as well as the loot crate by the killer plant when you go into the Atlas Dome.

Look, if you have enough money you can hire Claptrap.
If you saved Felix and chose him to be on your team he does something that allows you to get the secret VH (claptrap)
