I wish I had something to say. No scratch that, I have plenty to say I just doubt that anyone on here is that interested and so I'll save that sort of stuff for places like my blog which I've just got back into trying to keep it going as I find it's a good place just to vent and I don't care if no one reads it as that's not why I'm writing it. I want to get more sociable so going to try and be more active on Google+. So see, I do have something to say, just not interesting to anyone other than me. So let me start again...

I wish I had something cool to say.

Well I prefer to use Google+ 'cos most of my family are now using Facebook and I feel that restricts me. Also, Facebook is crap and annoying.

I'm hidden on facebook and no family members are on my list. I like it. I've refused to update to the timeline crap, though. Fuck that.

Had something loose rattling around in my laptop today.

Got my dad to go through the horrid process of taking it all apart and clean it.

Found two loose pieces of plastic that has broken off from somewhere.

Now that all the crap is out of the fan, (and there was lots!), it running as good as new!

Temps have dropped to 45 degrees on idle from 56, and the fan is so silent now.

Good thing I got it sorted out now. Else things might have gotten worse.

PSP is also working good again. PSP battery recovered from the Pandora process, and I've been playing some emulators on it.

Snes emulation is much better than it used to be. Star Fox and Super Mario RPG work fullspeed! (Which is hard to do. VERY HARD)

    Genesis is very solid.

N64 is much better than it used to be. Without sound, Lylat Wars,Paper Mario, and Super Smash Bros. work pretty good.
With sound, Super Mario 64 works nicely.

GBA doesn't have the glitches the Caanoo version has, (the emulator originated on the PSP so its natural it has the best version! XD).

I don't see the emu getting much better, as the hardware is becoming a limitation.
(Its only possible in the first place because the PSP shares some similarities with the N64)

Once I get that adapter, I'm going to have so much fun with my PSP! :D

They'll force you to switch eventually. I just know it.

And G+ is the best. I only friend people who I enjoy talking with and everyone else gets relegated to "Aquaintances".

    Which is kinda like probation.

My PSP memory card adapter still hasn't arrived yet... :/

Got my backup battery though. Stashed it in the cupboard for safe keeping!

EDIT: Oh and we got a new fridge.

This time it was an american styled one, with a little freezer on the top.

I don't get why fridge/freezer combos are the other way round to be honest.

Freezers are fiddly and the drawers get stuck together. Makes much more sense to just be able to reach in the top and get stuff.

This fridge/freezer combo has lovely long and deep and spacious shelves, so getting the stuff in the back should be no problem now!

(Our old fridge was so tiny. Stuff would just get lost in there)

No seriously, you can spend long stretches of time and aid someone in wars against another country only to have them ally with the same country that they just finished war with and turn against you? Stupid.

This is why you do things the Alcoremortis way and always make sure any alliance is short-lived and you get more out of it than your allies. Also, plan on their downfall/annexation from the beginning. I mean, if they're weaker than you, they don't really pose much of a benefit as allies and should be annexed. If they're stronger than you would be foolish to lean on them and should be planning on their destruction as soon as possible before they become untouchable.

That's diplomacy. It also helps to have nukes.

I finally sat down and watched the Tintin movie. You know what? I liked it. Sure, it had 3 big problems:
They mixed 3 stories together, they took too may liberties, and Tintin gave up(I mean, what the fuck?). All in all, I still rather enjoyed it and do hope they stick to the 3 movie plan. Go ahead and lynch me now.

I finished building my first computer last night and I'm relieved to say everything is in working order. I ended up spending $300 more than I would have liked to, so I don't think I'm gonna be spending money any time too soon.

Kent: Tonight, on "Eye on Springfield": just miles from your doorstep, hundreds of men are given weapons and trained to kill. The government calls it the "Army", but a more alarmist name would be The Killbot Factory!

I'm not sure about best, but my favorite is Wolfenstein 3d

Rejoining this thread with an observation. Rules be damned, this is important, I am discussing unpersons.

Fawful has quit the forum for keeps after a ban.
Rather Dashing has left the forum for keeps after a ban.
Giant Tope has left the forum for keeps after a ban.
Avistew got bored and left - rarely returning.

I am the only one of my original cabal left who hasn't abandoned the forum or ascended to Modhood.

    >Alcoremortis doesn't count. She joined my inner circle much later.

I guess what I'm saying is... shit's lonely here, guise.
