Is the entire game ruined? No, of course not. I had some fun hours with it, and I wouldn't make this a 1-star game for its ending.
Nonetheless, the disappointment can weigh very heavy for players, and I understand that they're dealing out one-star-reviews for this. People have played for 100+ hours, and they were always told and promised that their decisions along the way would matter in the end. Surprise: they do not. They were promised different endings, "unlimited" endings even. They were consciously deceived; and I do not say that with levity. The lack of individuality in those "different" endings is indeed breathtaking.
I mean, not that I'm against DLC, but this is just milking the cow. When I buy a game, I expect to have the complete game. Any DLC I buy afterwards is only for extras, like extra missions, something that might add to the lore, but which isn't essential to the progression of the storyline. Which is also why that other DLC for Mass Effect 2 was fairly stupid. Why should people pay extra just to see the bridging story between ME2 and ME3?
DLCs for narrative games are always like walking a tightrope. They're only good if they add something valuable to the story, but they have to be unimportant to the main narrative else the main game would not be complete. I don't think one can really strike a balance between the two ideas. You're always either on the irrelevant or the too relevant side.

The story in Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA) might be stupid and be made entirely irrelevant by revealing that everything was a dream... but no one cares. People don't play Super Mario Bros. for the story.

Still others give the player the ability to affect the story by implementing an ability for certain choices to have lasting effects on story and characters. When both a game's developing story and its extremely frequent ability of player choices to affect the fate of other characters are dismissed seemingly arbitrarily near the very end of said game, it is justified for people to be annoyed about it.
Different games focus on different elements of gameplay. I think it rather presumptuous to assume that what you play games for is what everyone else should play games for; or that, because a game's complete disregard for a mechanic or various story elements doesn't apply to your own reasons for investing in it, it means that other players shouldn't be bothered since you're not.

本研究では、まず 非核三原則とアメリカの原潜の背景を説明し、次にニュージーランドと日本を比較する。最後に、日本の防衛政策を考えながら、将来に日本はどうするべきか考察する。
2非核三原則と原子力潜水艦
日本を含む188 カ国は非核三原則を信じている 。非核三原則というのは「核を持たない、 (核を)作らない、と (日本に核を)持ち込ませない」ことである。 ナイ氏によると、非核三原則のような考え方は1945年に始まった 。その時、アメリカのアイゼンハワー大統領は「Atoms for Peace」という核エネルギープログラムを作ったが、大きい問題があった。例えば、第二次大戦争後、日本のような貧乏な国の経済がよくなる前に核エネルギーを教えたが、 戦争で全焼した国にはお金が高すぎて、
1957年、ヨーロッパでIAEAという国際核エネルギーのグループが作ったが、エネルギーの問題だけを判じなかった 。何故IAEAの故核エネルギーグループは核弾道ミサイルの興味があるのか。原子力発電所の中でエネルギーとIAEAは核エネルギー工場に行き、核爆弾を探した。1960年代、IAEAが最初の非核三原則を作った。けれども、1960年代のものは優しすぎて、インドとカナダで原子力発電所の事故があって、もう一回核政策を書き直した。現在の非核三原則は1978年で作った核拡散防止条約に始まって 、その事故の結果であった 。
核の武器に比べて、核エネルギーは大丈夫である。日本で、3分の1ぐらいのエネルギーは核エネルギーである が が核弾道ミサイルを作っていないので、何故非核三原則について難問があるのか。理由は非核三原則の「持ち込ませない」部分が問題となっている。日本の海に、アメリカの原潜がある。冷戦の時、アメリカとソ連は兵器拡散をし、核拡散するために、アメリカは古い潜水艦の中に核弾道ミサイルを具えて、原潜になった。その原潜は、アメリカのグアム、ハワイなどから、ソ連の回りに行って、その船の中に核弾道ミサイルを持つかもしれない。
現在、ソ連はなくなってしまったけれども、中国と北朝鮮などから、アメリカは軍隊が持っていない日本と韓国を守っているために、アメリカの原潜は世界に行く。けれども、その船の中に、核爆弾が入っているかどうか分からない。その船に本当に核爆弾が入っていれば、非核三原則を守る国に入れない。日本とニュージーランドの二つの国の決定を紹介する。
３。ニュージーランドの事例
ニュージーランドで、1987年は変化であり中でも、アメリカの原潜をめぐる問題は大きな事件であった。ニュージーランドは10年かけて社会主義から自由主義に経済改革したために、本当に貧乏になり、弱かった。それに、1987年の選挙で、アメリカの原潜がニュージーランドの海に入れるかはキーポイントであった 。ニュージーランドの「Labor」という政党成功が主な 理由はアメリカの原潜がニュージーランドの海に入れないと主張したからあった。同年、Laborは選挙に勝ったが、1990年、「National」という反対の考え方の政党が選挙に勝った。反対の政党が勝てば、アメリカの原潜はもう一回行けるはずであったけれども、Nationalもアメリカの原潜が入れば、はニュージーランドの非核三原則を守れないと思ったので、ANZUSというアメリカとオーストラリアの安全保障条約から退いた 。
何故アメリカの原潜はニュージーランドの海に禁止したのか。ニュージーランドは原潜が入れないということは冷戦期であったが、国内では、非核三原則を守る気持ちの方が強かった。それから、ニュージーランド はその船の中が見えないので、核爆弾が入っているのと信じていた。

ニュージーランドに比べて、日本とアメリカの関係は全然違った。 戦後、アメリカは日本の憲法を書いて、憲法第九条で軍隊を絶対に持てなかった。そして、防衛と抑止のために、日本はアメリカに任せた。他の核拡散防止条約にサインした国と非核三原則を守り始め時、アメリカとソ連は冷戦となった。それから、ソ連とアメリカの間に、東ヨーロッパと日本がある。ソ連の軍事攻勢を抑止するために、東ヨーロッパで、核弾道ミサイルのサイロというミサイルを発する所を作って、 アメリカの原潜が日本の海を見回った。1966年にも、日本の海の原潜は問題であった。佐藤榮作当時によると「日本はアメリカの原潜は核弾道ミサイルを持っていなければ、日本の海に入れる」と言った。 けれども、日本人は原潜がほしくなかった。けれども、その時、防衛のためにアメリカに任せるは良いことを信じている日本人は２０％しか いなかって、アメリカの核弾道ミサイルが日本に入れることを信じている日本人は５％しかいなかった 。しかし、日本の議会はその原潜が入れることを選んで、戦後から現在まで、「日本の防衛のため」にその船は日本の周りにある。
