The doctors appointment has done nothing but increased my arrogance. I'm not dying, I'm actually statistically healthier than almost everyone around me except for committed athletes. I realized, no wonder I can work out for four hours, then go research for six. I've got a ragingly efficient body system. Now, drinks to celebrate!
I went to get an epidural for my spinal stenosis and degenerative back disorder. The doctor wanted me to take Valium instead of getting sedation through an IV because my veins are so deep and hard to get to. I guess I had an alergic reaction because I got all hot and then started throwing up, and it just happened to happen right before he put the needle in my back. I didn't know it was coming, and it just crept up on me. If it had been even a few seconds later the needle would have been in, and with me heaving the way I was, I just thank God that the needle wasn't in or I could have had serious complications.
As it was, I was throwing up for most of the day yesterday because of it, but it could have been much worse.
For about £40 I have a weeks supply of main meals and enough Quavers to last me a while (older brother has his own food already bought for him. I'm taking care of myself because I'm not a useless sponge... -_-)
I got a little Roast chicken for about £2.30 reduced so I'm roasting it in the oven quickly and then thats my lunch for the next few days nicely sorted.
I've even got it all planned out:
Sunday - Pork Stir Fry (2 loins can be frozen to go towards another meal)
Monday - Pizza + Chips + Garlic Ciabatta
Tuesday- Pukka Pie + either chips or mash with peas (depends on how healthy I'm feeling)
Wednesday - Pasta + Mince in a bolognese sauce (Lloyd Grossman! I love ya! )
Thursday - Chicken Curry (a frozen meal I got the other day)
Friday - Haddock Fishcakes (finest ones that have the melty middle) with chips/salad )again depends on how I feel)
I got another Pukka Pie on reserve (which I bet my older brother will try to steal despite already having more than enough food to himself... >:/), and I have lots of fish stuff from earlier this year in the freezer I can use should I get desperate.
I'll probably do more shopping next week though, sticking to the £40 budget. Hasn't done me so bad!
(Tesco's reduced section, I LOVES YA! XD)
(I already have had two meals, a Curry and a Steak with veg, so as long as I keep shopping smartly, then food should not be so much of an issue)
So two people involuntarily stepping on other people's feet with a vengeance in the same thread on the same page. Maybe life wants to tell us something.

Well, Kamen Rider Wizard did what I like to call "Pulling a Shinkenger".
Pulling a Shinkenger is when a Toku show Plays the theme song over the first battle of the show. Another one to pull a Shinkenger was Tokumei Sentai Go-busters, which is actually from the same series as Shinkenger.
Now normally I would love this. Bring us the action and the awesome music at the same time. The problem is this case, I can't hear the theme music very well.
The theme music for the Kamen Rider series preceding this was so mind numbingly bad that I skip it every time I watch it. I normally only skip it if I'm watching more than 2 episodes in a row. Even if I don't like the song I'll still watch the opening. I could not stand the theme music to Kamen Rider Fourze.
So I really want to know if the theme song for Kamen Rider Wizard is any better than Fourze's, but I can't tell. I couldn't hear it. I don't know if I like it or not. I hate that.
Why do we even bother to roast pork loins, when they cook quicker and taste nicer when chopped into chunks and fried! XD
Seriously though, I think I made too much stir fry here, going to have to throw a lot of it away.
(They only do the base stuff in massive quantities. So I end up with a massive bag of everything. Couldn't even cook all of it. Most of the beansprouts and the veg is in their bags. Can't save it neither since the sprouts were reduced. At least the other half of the pork can be saved for another meal though! )
What happened last night. I had a couple drinks and I wake up in Hideo Kojima's bedroom with him spooning me and moaning about someone named Hitomi. I learned words in Japanese I never wanted to know.

Them there are some amazing photography skills.
Yup. That broad Fawful smile must be photoshopped.
I shall rub his belly to aid digestion.
Oy. Jerk.

Either Retro didn't read Jennifer's post due to bad timing or he is a very sadistic person. I assume the first.
Honestly I checked the thread. No post there. Then I posted, then at some point between me typing and posting Jennifer posted.
I got Sad Ninja bombed

Sorry my "jerk" comment was supposed to be sarcasm. I thought that post was hilarious. Stupid Internet and lack of vocal expression.

End pointless rant.
And then we got lunch.
It was delicious.
Well, I hope it's not one of the toppings ...
