Can't wait for the first episode, I'm a big fan of both BTTF and Telltale games So I'm trying to work out a likely release time for this ... I am in the UK, and as Telltale is in San Francisco the time difference is that we're 8 hours ahead. So, if Telltale release BTTF episode 1, say, at 9 am on 22 Dec, it will be 5 pm on the 22 Dec in the UK. So hopefully we will get to play it sometime on 22 Dec here in Europe!
Heh. I predict the servers will be slammed and I won't be able to get mine downloaded until at least the afternoon.
I have to admit, though... it's nice to be able to not have to climb into a car and drive so ass-early in the morning to get a game for once. Not that I have any regrets with Mass Effect 2 (although that will be the last time I pre-order at a GameStop mall location) but given I'm nursing a cold right now... yep.
Can't wait. I'm already cleaning out more room on my harddrive.

The forum will be pretty hard to operate prior to release, but I never had any problems with downloading the episodes. Seems like they've got extra capacity for sending out the episodes on release day, but not for the forums.

Eh, I suppose that's a somewhat of a good thing. It'll stave off the people who claim they've beaten it in an hour or less and gripe about how "short" it is. Hehe.
Agreed the forums are getting hard to use ATM (at lot of timeouts when loading threads), they are going to seriously implode tomorrow. Which will be a blessing and a curse
I think their server admin really needs to beef the forum server up or tweak the hell out of it. It's getting as reliable as Twitter (maybe TTG should have a FailMax page, like Twitters FailWhale)
Well, the players managed to break down Steam when the Christmas sales started. Granted, Steam has a much bigger auditory, but so do their servers have bigger capacity.
So who knows? Maybe during the first 10-15 minutes of the release, BttF fans will manage to break down TellTale (AND Steam, while they're at it )

Yes, I sometimes experience strong lags or can't access the forum at all for some time. Still, on release days, I might be forgiven for hoping that not that many people can access the forum.

Yeah, he copies. But so many users would not, and they'd kill you if one of your many countdowns went to 0 and, tadah, no episode to download.
Well it's the same procedure as every release. Thats how we welcome our BTTF newcomers to the telltale family.
