Seems like every second thread here is about how much people hate this game...
Is it just that all those of us that love it don't need to raise our voices, while all those who don't like it do?
I sincerely hope so, because it's a great game and there appears to be some really insanely angry and psychopathic people getting ridiculously worked up over it.
No offence intended there, it's probably in part due to the nature of the internet and how things are interpreted there.
So, where are all the people who don't have any problems with the game at?
This game DOES adapt to the decisions you make, but not as much as most people expect.
You complain about TellTale not making the episodes fast enough after Episode 1 was released and Episode 2 was delayed, and now you complain about the lack of choice =____=
While admittedly TellTale could've been more prepared, they have offered an interesting story that changes ever so slightly depending on what you do.
I mean think about it.
Just because you Choose to save/help someone, does that mean you'll succeed?
The most simplistic and accurate sentence I can use to answer your question, is People are hateful.
Possible light spoilers!

They look for reasons to hate the game even if they aren't apparent from their first play through, for the first episode all people complained about were character flaws, now its lack of choices, and/or character deaths. honestly I imagine alot of the people complaining about the lack of choices are doing so because of character death.
Comments
anyone who hates the game right now is just making it worse for themselves
Rape me, Rape me, my friend (8)
1 - This is the worst game ever made. I'm suing the developer for making a bad game.
and
2 - What we want in the sequel.
It never fails.
