At 5:42 when Mari says "Cool." It's identical to right when she finds the headphones in the junkyard, so this is a reused line. Nothing major, just thought I'd point it out.
So, during the Ep. 3 flashback, Javier, Kate, Gabe and Marianna were staying at their house waiting for David for three months. Just think, by that time when they finally left, Lee and his group would've left the Motor Inn for Savannah on that same night.
That's what @BetterToSleep just said, though. We don't know wether Vernon is dead or not (even if it is very likely), nor do the people on the wiki, but they act as if it was a fact.

WARNING: GAME OF THRONES SPOILERS AND MIND-BLOWING STUFF
I know I posted this before but after episode 3, this detail has come true. Badg… moreer's situation is very similar to Britt Warrick's from Game of Thrones. What do I mean by that? Here it is:
1. Both killed the main protagonists' family members in the first episodes of the seasons
2. Both lied to their friends that the protagonists attacked first
3. Both are fighting the protagonists in the third episodes of the seasons
4. Both are injured by the protagonists and we're given the option to either kill them or let them bleed to death
Javier uses the stars to find out which way is north.
Now, I love stars and I really enjoyed that being incorporated into the game with them figuring out where to go. However, there's just one teeny tiny problem...
JAVI HAS A FUCKING COMPASS ON HIS BACKPACK!!!
GARCIA YOU ARE A FOOL! YOU BRING SHAME ON YOUR MAMA!!!

I see three reasons why Javi didn't use that compass on his pack.
* It's only designed on the pack and not real.
* It's broken.
* He simply forgot about it.

I just realized today that Russel is the only male player character without a beard so far in the entire series, and I'd chalk that up to age rather than style choice. (Not counting Javi in flashbacks of course since he does grow a 'pocalypse beard.)
In fact almost all of the male group members you meet throughout all of the seasons have beards. The only exceptions I can think of that aren't due to age (Duck and Gabe) are Ben, who has some peach fuzz, and David. Everyone else has a 5 o'clock shadow at least (again: group members, so the St. John's, Stranger, Max, etc. don't count).
Either razors are a pain to find or beards are the secret to surviving the apocalypse. I vote the latter.
In addition to looking better anyways, I'd say they also make you look more threatening in a scenario like TWD's. A kind of "don't fuck with us" before any words are actually exchanged.

this is prob. just a small thing but, i wonder what would happen to AJ if Clem hadn't given him the shot? Would he die? 0_o cuz in my gameplay, i just give him the shot, and he lived.

so whatever I do, he still says the same thing? i think even if i didn't, and david said that he lived, i still have my suspicions bout him either way. o_0
What does Eleanor say when you say it's complicated in the quarantine area? I kissed Kate and brought her so what happens if she wasn't there or if Tripp was there instead?

Actually I just clicked randomly on a part of that video because it was someone who never played S1 or S2 and thought...hmmm...that's the exact same "Cool." from where Mari gets shot, so I figured I'd post. :P

At some random point after playing Above the Law I took notice to something interesting, I may be grasping straws or I may not.
So with the cake or spinach choice it's kind of funny with the dialogue used. Clint says the cake is all artificial, no substance while his spinach dish has real nutritional value. The cake is artificial and sweet (sugar, also with the classic cherry on top), and who has the artificial personality/reputation? Joan. The cake represents Joan, a personality/dish made up entirely of other mediums. Clint's spinach dish is of natural means, so his personality is true-- no deception, just as is.
TLDR: the spinach dish represents Clint (natural means), the cake represents Joan (artificial means).
Interesting. Maybe if they actually to development Clint next episode, it can go somewhere. Cause as is, I just assumed he was in on the raids at first.

EP 3 of A New Frontier might have the lowest amount of times you can freely move the playable character in a single TellTale episode. Unless I'm mistaken, the only time you can move Javi around via control stick or WASD is during the zombie garage door scene. Every other part in the episode is either a dialogue option, QTE, or one or two clicking sections.
Yeah, you can literally start the episode, go take a pissbreak for 30 minutes and the episode will just play itself untill the part where you get kicked out and have to interact with the dufflebag.

Just realized Kenny low-key predicts his own death during Season 1 when Ben explains how people come back as walkers.
Kenny will say ''Th… moreen all it takes is a fatal car wreck, and a family of five turns into a family of Walkers''
I know this probably wasnt intentional, but i still found it pretty funny

Javier: Jesus what the hell are you sayi--
Clementine: Shut up Javier, you wont get it, you'd have to be a veteran to understand.
They should've got a close-up of a walker just nodding to what Jesus said..
holds back tears
That's not your line, Jesus, it's Lee's!

Holy shit!! Jesus just broke the fourth wall.
And it's depressing to think that Lee died just days after they left.
There is another similarity just before they die.
Britt: "Fucking figures. At the hands of a fucking Forrester. (spits out blood) Just fucking finish it."
Badger: "Fucking Garcias. (spits out blood) Bring it then. See if I- See if I give a shit."
I should also point out both of their names start with B. :P
Oh man and all that trauma and loss the group went through while Javi and co were just cooped up in their home...
Javier uses the stars to find out which way is north.

.4. TT forgot about it, as they did with cassette player and Kenny's hat.
I never noticed any compass.
.5. Telltale realized that there wasn't enough player control in this episode and decided to do this instead of using the more rational method.

Does Doug have any facial hair?
Am I crazy or are there times where the lighting makes it looked like David has blue/grey eyes?
Oh man, I completely forgot about Doug!
Hell, I had to Google his name before it came back to me.
Yeah since he can survive at least 3 months and still had no facial hair. Then again why don't the women have mustaches?
this is prob. just a small thing but, i wonder what would happen to AJ if Clem hadn't given him the shot? Would he die? 0_o cuz in my gameplay, i just give him the shot, and he lived.
If you don't give him the shot you accidentally drop the vial and it breaks, causing you to get kicked out. David will still say that AJ lived.

Lol you're just trying to catch Telltale slipping huh? lol
Lily from season one didn't have a beard (she is a male)

do we know how old Ben was at the time?

What dialogue option does Lee have to take for Kenny to say that?
Choose "You're lying" after Ben tells everyone about reanimation.
After Ben says "its not the bite that does it", then choose the dialogue "You're lying."
