I think that would be an interesting perspective. Having only two people covered in guts while the rest are running around fighting. That might be a good choice "break cover and help" or "stay quiet".

Savior gets up while in pain and slowly walks over to Lei then helps him up

The two slowly walk out of there and then run back to camp while injured. Once back at camp everybody gathers around them
Zack- Holy shit!
Madison- Sweetie.
Anthony- Are you okay?!
Savior- Where is Jared?!
Cam-With...you?
Lei- No...He TRIED TO KILL US!
Zack- Are you serious?
Savior- Yes!
Nick- Here...You two come with me and Colton.
Savior- Listen if any of you all see Jared, SHOOT ON SIGHT!
Everyone shakes their head and then Nick and Colton take the two to the medical tent. Madison and Zack follow. Once at the tent the two are laid on beds.
Savior-Ugh...
Madison- So did Jared really try to kill you?
Savior- Yes...
Nick walks over to Savior and starts to inspect the wound
Nick- Doesn't look that bad...Missed for the most part...
Colton- Yeah and Lei looks like he has a sprain.
Savior- So we are fine?
Nick- Looks like it.
Savior- What about Xavier?
Nick- He is fine, he's taking a nap, he is fine and able to walk.
Savior- Great and I forgot to tell you all something.
Colton- It's fine...You need to rest...Tell us when you wake up...
Savior- But...The herd is close.
Nick- We know, we will wake you up in a while and then we can start walking.
