OK so I got some of the finer details wrong. Whatevers.
They didn't really feel like spaceships though, did they? There was no 42, no The End of the World, nothing that really felt like it took place on an actual spaceship or whatever. There's been brief moments in each episode that did take place on one (was it really that long in Victory? Wow, didn't feel like it), but nothing primarily set on a spaceship, and that's something I kinda miss. Oh well, it's not the biggest problem in the world.

I think it was that long on a technicality. There was lots of other stuff going on on land during that time.

Nah, not really. There's some intercutting with Churchill and Amy on the ground, which doesn't amount to much. Doctor Who does go back into the TARDIS for a few minutes in the middle of those 20 minutes, though.
And how. I've never heard this story, but you can tell they butchered it... at least one scene referred-to is missing, there's an obvious cliffhanger halfway through, and no cliffhanger at the end.
At least the Master walking down some stairs in the episodic "Five Doctors" was *something*!

... And the name of Jenna-Louise Coleman's character is...
Clara
.
Liking the fact that its certainly not a name that's used much anymore, meaning there's a strong possibility that she isn't from modern London. Or even Modern England!

What does Pepper have to do with any of this?
To make up for the fact it's cut down pretty horribly, the original versions are on sale this weekend. Fun.
Is it any good?
Mini-episode to be shown on Thursday
I really liked the last winner of script to screen, Death is The Only Answer.
Also, matt smith is a torchbearer now. Torch bearers are cool.
Very enjoyable little episode, though
Also, when did spoiler tags go black?
Wired.com have a preview of (what appear to be) the opening pages of "Assimilation2"

Bad news!
The distributors haven't set aside enough copies to cover UK orders...

The TV Movie aired 16 years ago today in the UK.
Where'd you get that from, out of curiosity?
