Today's Daily Deal is Nancy Drew: The Haunting of Castle Malloy a first-person adventure game in the stupidly long running series. How old is this girl, anyway? And how's she finding time for all these adventures? £2.99 / $3.49.
I love these games. Not getting this one though becvause I want the complete pack it is in and hope it will be 50% off in the summer sale. If they had Shadow at Waters Edge as the daily deal I would have gotten it.
The Midweek Madness (at least, the first of what I suspect will be two) is Limbo. £2.79 / $3.99.
I was right. The other Midweek Madness is Dungeons: Gold Edition, the game that tries to be a modern Dungeon Keeper and almost succeeds. The Gold Edition has the original game, its two DLC packs and the stand-alone expansion. £8.50 / $10.20.
Also, Volition and THQ have FINALLY started releasing the DLC for Saints Row: The Third in more convenient packs. Whether they're worth it or not is a matter for debate, but at least they're less of a hassle to buy now.
I haven't been paying attention to Steam for weeks, and I see now that the first 2 Thief games are available! Finally! Yes I know it was mentioned in this thread but the news are so incredible that it merits being mentioned again!
I had Thief II on CD years ago but I always had problems getting it to work. But now I can play it again!!
Oh hey, here's some good timing. Today's Daily Deal is the Space Quest Collection. The price hasn't actually updated yet, but when it does, the bundle of all six games in the series will be £2.49 / $4.99.

Some notes that might help:
The copy protection sheets for game 1 & 5 are in pdf manual which comes with the steam copy.
Save the game before doing crazy stuff (like walking through laser beams, sticking hand in pools of unidentified liquid) since the game lets you die in humorous ways.
In the 2nd game (which is actually the oldest since the Steam version of SQ1 is SQ1-VGA which was a remake of the original EGA version), there are a couple of dead ends, so save in multiple slots in case you miss something you should've picked up. I don't think SQ1-VGA has any dead ends, but might be wrong.
It uses Dosbox which can have sometimes have problems on Windows 7, but "ALT+ENTER" can switch between fullscreen + windowed mode.
They were also made over 20 years ago, the first couple of games were even before sound cards were invented (although the SQ1-VGA version Steam provides was a remake including sound), so bare that in mind, but have fun!!
What you NEED to do is go to http://sierrahelp.com/ and download the Space Quest Vivendi/Steam Collection patches. This will update DOSBox to the latest version, fix all the settings issues, and make nice easy shortcuts on your desktop/start menu. Runs flawlessly.
Today's Daily Deal is Pickers. No, I've never heard of it either. £2.37 / $3.39.
The Weekend Deal is Worms Reloaded, which is free-to-play until Sunday and is £6.12 / $6.80. The DLC is reduced as well, but there's a shedton of it, so I'm not listing it.
Other Deal is Saints Row: The Third, which is £10.19 / $16.99. DLC's not on offer (except the Season Pass, which is £4.41 / $6.79 - that's less than ONE of the individual DLC packs it contains!).

The reason Draco always looks so terrified in the movies.
The UK price is quite frankly insane and MORE than worth it. Hell, it's cheaper than lunch and'll probably last longer.
Also, EVE Online is on offer as well to celebrate the release of the Inferno add-on. £5.10 / $6.80.
I would get it, but I'll wait and see if the steam summer sale does anything with it. That said, it is only $3.

Seems to be heavily inspired by NES "classic" Dennis the Menace.

But I've been working crazy hours lately so I haven't had much time to play games
EDIT: Price has updated. At freakin' last.
The price is updated now. A great opportunity to test out Space Quest for cheap. Even though the Two Guys from Andromeda (Mark Crowe + Scott Murphy) don't get any money from royalties for Space Quest, you still get to try it out + can maybe back them at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/spaceventure/two-guys-spaceventure-by-the-creators-of-space-que if you like it.
