I had this realisation that an Evil Dead/Army of Darkness game by Telltale would be 1, awesome; and two, fit their style perfectly.
The humor in that series is very Telltale and also the plot can be done so well in a point and click gameplay style.
Anyway, I think it was seeing Ash Williams as imagined by Telltale that really made me think about this.
Feel free to reply, this is a forum.

Could you please not create a new thread for an idea that has been mentioned hundreds of times in the thread dedicated to suggestions...

Agreed but still loads of people do it instead of just looking for a thread where it says Telltale should make..., There is times i thing this thread should be sticked so it stays at the top of the forums and it might stop people from always making new threads which could easily go into this thread.

On topic, anyone think a Simpsons or Futurama game made by Telltale would be cool?

I know this thread is probably aimed at new ideas more than anything else but I would just like to say, I'd really like to see Telltale remakes of these classics:

    GRIM FANDANGO

    DISCWORLD

    DAY OF THE TENTACLE

    FULL THROTTLE

...and if I have just missed the whole point of this thread, can I just add...

THROTTLE FULL OF THE GRIM TENTACLE FANDANGO
    Starring Indiana Threepmanny.

    Job done...
I make games like David Bowie writes songs, by just jumbling-up the magnetic words on the side of the fridge!

It's been such a long time since the series have commenced, and now we're on the final season but yet.. No solid game anywhere to be found, which is very disappointing because I've always wanted to play a game about Dexter (not the iPhone ones or anything).

I wish Rockstar, Telltale or Naughty Dog would develop it. If any of these three snatched it for sure it'd be a damn solid game.

I'd buy some, as long as it didn't have a warning label declaring that it is considered toxic by the State of California.

Besides "Rupert", The Moomins is also great potential for Telltale
like Rupert, The Moomins has a world that has promise for great adventures

The Moomins are very popular here, but I think the animated series are mostly aimed at children. I haven't read any of the originals despite owning a couple of nice hardcover editions, but I think those are more adult oriented?

I'd REALLY love a Marvel Telltale game, maybe one about S.H.E.I.L.D?
OR a Harry Potter Telltale Game, where it takes place in hogwarts and you play as a new student.
    I WOULD BE IN HEAVEN

I sort of feel that Telltale should stay away from pursuing an overly children-aimed cartoon series. Just my opinion.

If they choose something which has a really young demographic, then they will need to make an extra effort to make the writing and narrative witty, just to add something to draw in older gamers.

Sometimes, superheroes can be a bit tacky. Just saying.
They're a bit one dimensional, I think that's why newer superhero movies are a bit more gritty. A hero with issues, gives the character depth. Something which I think is over used to be honest.

I know Walking Dead is a graphic novel but the success lies in the fact that everyone loves killing a zombie don't they! It was well written and the graphic style lent something different and added to the atmosphere, it was well done.

I think that The Wolf Among Us will win people over with it's narrative.

A comic based series needs something like this in order to attract the widest gaming audience possible, not just the hardcore fan base.

Yes, that's why I said a game about SHIELD. It's an agency that gets rid of supernatural threats. They aren't superheroes.

I would love to see TellTale Games do a point and click adventure game based on Creature From The Black Lagoon!

TellTale should make a physic-based spin-off party game where you use different keys on the keyboard or buttons on your controller to pick up the razor and trim Kenny's mustache and sideburns, sort of like Surgeon Simulator :D

Well I am interested in what the future has for Telltale, I am really interested in what The Wolf Among Us has to offer.

Telltale should make the Mystery of Shark Bard.

It's about a shark that is also a bard. It lures people to the sea with its soothing voice and hot ballads about shark tales, and then chomps their feet and perchance body.

I assure you that The Moomins can be attractive to both kids and adults

Here's a fact: Comet in Moominland (the first book in the series) is based on Tove Jansson's fears of a possibility of an appending bomb attack on Finland from Nazi Germany at the height of World War II

Telltale's games should be diverse and not always focus on adult-aimed things like Walking Dead, Jurassic Park or Back To The Future

If i recall, "Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People" was in a way childish
so in this case, The Moomins and Rupert would feel right at home with Telltale Games

Now that we have our first look at a game based off a Vertigo property I'm starting to wonder what it would be like if TT did an episodic game series based off a DC property. Not the big guns like Batman, Superman or the other Justice Leaguers but someone more grounded. On gut instinct I figure a Deadman game could be interesting.

Or if Marvel was on the cards I veer towards the Marvel Knights - Daredevil, Punisher, Moon Knight, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Doctor Strange, Ghost Rider or Elektra.

I'd like to see an X-Men game. TWD has a team or something and X-Men is a team.

I think they should make educational games about American history or world history. You could play as a character who witnesses important events and who encounters famous historical figures, but it would be a dramatic work with an engaging story. I would say they should gear them towards eighth graders, but make them enjoyable when played by anyone. Just as long as they don't let the plots be written by someone like the late communist revisionist Howard Zinn.

They could be hugely profitable. I can imagine schools having them available in computer labs/libraries.

They could also do something similar with biblical stories.

Since Ubisoft has the Hasbro license, I think Telltale should collaborate with Ubisoft to make a video game based on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic for the Wii U eShop

Why you ask? We can't trust Ubisoft with a license most cherished as MLP: FiM (note their treatment of Prince of Persia and Rayman)

    Storage Wars.

Basically, the content of each storage box is randomized, filled with random crap of random value, although within certain ranges, and based on what you can see from the outside you'd have to make bids and crap. Don't overbid though, you still need to make money.
